You’ll be sure to feel relaxed on the private beach with one of the largest sandy areas along Sanibel’s shoreline. However, just a short drive up the road you will find shopping, restaurants, and the J. N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge where you can kayak and explore the natural wonders of southwest Florida.

CONDO FEATURES

Sandpiper Beach 503 is the perfect beach getaway for a week or longer! This cozy condo has been recently updated and remodeled and is ready to welcome you and your family. The open concept floor plan offers plenty of space for four guests and features a king bed in the primary and a queen in the guest with a private lanai facing the community pool and board walk to beach. The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs and enough space for four guests.



The primary bedroom offers a king bed with ensuite bathroom and a sliding glass doors that provides access to the private lanai. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in amazing views of the gulf of Mexico that can be seen from the bedroom window.



The guest bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom around the corner with a shower/tub. An in-unit laundry features full washer/dryer to afford the convenience of freshening up clothes and beach towels mid-week or for longer stays.



This condo offers private high-speed WIFI at no cost.



A beach supply closet (dedicated to this condo) is shared with guests and is stocked with items to help make your stay even more convenient. A beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrella, etc. are available for your use.



When you’ve had your fill of enjoying the private beach, Sandpiper Beach offers a heated community pool with two bathrooms, tennis court, shuffleboard court, and community grilling area with picnic tables to enjoy a quick meal. A shell washing/shower station is provided as you reach the end of the boardwalk near the pool.



Sandpiper Beach is fully operatable, and all amenities are open, but there is still landscaping work that needs to be done. Please also note that the Island itself is still recovering from Hurricane Ian and not all restaurants and shops may not be fully open yet. Looking for an extended stay? Guests are welcome to book four weeks or more at a discount for a true get-a-way experience. It’s highly recommended to reserve your return stay before you leave to secure the dates you want.
