Captiva Cutie was "all that!"
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The home was nicely furnished. However, the front door would not lock the entire stay and the latch going out to the pool did not work so we worried about our 1-year-old and 4-year-old! Evidently the owner of the home has a camera system right outside facing the door and angled to see the screened in porch door (which is completely normal and I would do the same if my home)and he flipped out at the amount of luggage being carried in and then we had also rented a second house that held 20 people a few houses away and a group of the family stopped by to say "Hi" and he immediately called the realtor and flipped out. He saw too many people...even though we were there less than 10 minutes. The realtor called me like at 9:30 p.m. not happy with us.
