We had a great time down the cape at Maria’s place. Our toddler really enjoyed the pool, large backyard and the playground. The place was very clean and communication with Maria was easy. We’d love to stay again.

Maria’s Cape Cod retreat home is beautiful! Just as pictured with amazing outdoor living space and pool. Plenty of room over three levels for our extended family to be comfortable. Well decorated and stocked with plenty of dishes, bedding, towels, beach chairs, and kids toys/books. Maria was quick to reach out and let us know there was a problem with the sauna before we arrived, and also immediately had the partially blocked shower drain resolved. She was very helpful with recommendations for food nearby. Location is great for upper cape activities and very near the local beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return and enjoy this lovely space again!

Perfect Poolside Retreat

Enjoyed the house after a family vacation. It was so much more than we expected. The house is beautiful, pool to die for. We didn't even have great weather and it was the most relaxing and best VRBO experience we've had. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful, comfortable house and property! The house, yard and pool were exceptionally clean. The house was thoughtfully well stocked with bath and pool towels, kitchen items, starter paper goods, soaps, hair dryers, etc. Beds were all clean and comfortable. This house is much better than other homes we've rented run by a management company making a minimal effort. This owner obviously cares deeply for their home. Extremely family friendly - we had three generations vacationing together. A pool, playground and sauna made for everything we could ever want in a vacation home - so much fun. Everything is better in person than the photos depict. Host was very responsive to any questions. We are hoping to book for next summer, too!

Serene and Fun

We had never been to Cape Code and this was our first time renting in the area. We loved the town of Mashpee and the New Seabury area - there is just so much to do! But we really loved the house! The owners were really easy to communicate with and responsive. The house was spotless when we arrived, and just as pictured. We loved having the pool which is really well maintained. And the property has everything you could need! We would definitely stay again!

Amazing property and great communication. Easy to check in and check out. The pool was fantastic and the wood fired sauna was a nice treat for the adults. The house was perfect for two families (4 adults and 4 children). Easy to get to and close to several attractions.
