The new adjoining kitchen is equipped with appliances, ample counter space, and new cabinetry. The bedroom offers a king size bed (with a memory foam mattress) and adjoining Chair-bed that opens up to a twin bed. Ample closet space ensures that all your belongings are neatly organized, while the large windows provide a constant reminder of the beauty that lies just outside.

The bathroom has been transformed into a spa-like retreat, featuring luxurious fixtures and finishes. ITEMS TO NOTE:
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

2) This unit is a second-floor apartment and requires 1 flight of stairs to access. Please keep this in mind when booking.

3) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

4) Please note this is a no smoking property. No smoking anywhere on the premises.

5) The backyard is a shared space. Please be courteous and share the outdoor spaces.

6) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

7) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
