Not a detail was spared in designing this cozy sanctuary -- hotel-quality bedding, a spacious shower, a fully-stocked kitchen, WiFi, and even a custom table you can use for prepping, dining, gaming, working, or all of the above! Roku TVs in each room to kick back and relax with your favorite shows, and free 1-car parking in our dedicated spot!

We also provide four (4) season pass beach tags for any and all Seaside beaches for our guests! No need to purchase day or week passes, because we have you covered!

We also have wall-based air conditioning in the living/kitchen area, and each bedroom has a window unit AC to help cool at night!

We don't like chores, either. Your cleaning fee covers EVERYTHING! You don't have to lift a finger - leave it to our amazing cleaning team!

Only a few remaining August dates and 2 weekends in September, so make sure you book ASAP! We offer great rentals during the week in September and October -- low crowds, great weather, and the best time in Seaside!

My stay was very good. The newly renovated condo was as I expected with a nice kitchen and good appliances. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to the beach and iconic boardwalk. I also really appreciated that the property is dog friendly. Joe was easy to communicate with and made me feel welcome.

Quaint and inviting. Looks like it was just redone. We were able to use the passes, before check-in, so that was a huge plus. Located just a few blocks from the pier as well as bay area. We had everything needed to cook. THANK YOU.

Great experience

Yes the building is old (as the listing states) but the place is as advertised in the pictures. Communication was by far the best I have experienced. Everything was nice and clean with a nice easy walk to the beach (beach tags included).

Everything I Expected

The condo and the location was everything that I expected. It was just the right space for my 4 sisters and me. The living space was comfortable right down to the mattresses on the beds and sleep sofa. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach passes were much appreciated. I'm looking forward to another stay.

Great beach pad for a long weekend with friends.

The house was spotless and clean, which is very impressive when you are only 5 minutes from the beach. The bedrooms are evenly matched in size and that makes staying with another couple easy. There’s not enough seating in the living area for 4 adults, so we ended up using beach chairs in the house for extra seating. Joe was very schedule accommodating and responsive whenever we had questions.

Beautiful little place

The place was beautiful and perfect for a little get a way. It was close enough to the beach to walk, but not so close enough to hear the noise all night from the boardwalk. Joe is great, very easy to communicate with and always available for questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Quality and Value

From the moment I opened the door and saw how the paper towels were presented (so cute!) and the overall clean look of this condo, I knew the owners had an attention to detail and customer experience anyone would appreciate. The beds - even the sofa pullout - are so crazy comfortable. The owner responsiveness and attentiveness via text perfect. Location awesome - close (2 blocks) to all you want to be but just far enough away to be quiet. The four of us and our dog will be back!!!

June review

The site and location were great. We did not realize it was prom weekend and it was a little unfortunate that there was no signage about Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts camping out on the beach the second night- was informed 500 tents which took away from that experience. Had to walk much further down the boardwalk for the last beach day, but otherwise everything regarding the condo was great!

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay! The property was cute and very convenient to the boardwalk and other attractions. Joseph was very responsive and gave great recommendations for dining. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay at the shore
