Mandala Oasis occupies two floors:
- Ground Floor: Main entrance, air-conditioned living room, indoor dining area, outdoor dining and living areas, kitchen, gym facilities, and swimming pool.
- 2nd Floor: Five bedrooms, including the master bedroom.

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING:
- This property is designed to comfortably sleep 10 persons.
- Extra bed is available at USD $45 per person per night. Only one (1) additional bed can be arranged for this property.

LIVING AREAS:
- The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen.
- There is also an open seating area on the second floor and BBQ facilities.

ENTERTAINMENT:
- High-speed WiFi throughout and projector screen with Netflix streaming and SONOS bluetooth speakers.

KITCHEN & DINING:
- The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave oven, freezer, stove, wine fridge, water dispenser, bar equipment and essential cooking tools, cutlery, and glasses.

- The villa has a main indoor dining area that features a rectangular table that seats 10 guests, the same as the outdoor dining area and 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter.

- Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge; All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast upon request) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027 and 26 Mar 2028.
