Let's start in the backyard, because lets be honest that is where you will be spending the majority of your time! Forget the cowboy "pools" and tiny "pools" and come experience a high-end, massive 35ft sparkling pool that features a soothing jetted spa. Soak in the spa as you enjoy a nighttime movie on the 140inch projector screen or sit next to the cozy fire pit and make some smores! With ample seating options including an outdoor dining table, lounge area, chaise loungers and in-pool loungers there will be not fighting for seats. *Please note that a projector/projector screen only work well at night when its dark.

Ok, dry your feet and come inside! This home is designed for unforgettable getaways. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living spaces, making it ideal for entertaining and large group hangouts. With massive sliders from the main living area outside, the whole group will feel connected and engaged even if some cooking a delicious meal inside and others and lounging by the pool.

Bedroom 1 (Primary): A luxurious retreat with an ensuite bathroom, plush comforts, and direct access to the patio and pool. Unwind with a ceiling fan, TV, and elegant bedside lighting. Ample storage, a stylish mirror stand, and a cozy ambiance make this the perfect relaxing space. Additional rollaway bed for convenience

Bathroom 1 - Primary Bath (Ensuite): A stylish retreat featuring a small bathtub, a spacious shower, and dual sinks with two vanity mirrors.

Bedroom 2: Bright and airy with multiple windows, this room features two comfortable Queen beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV. A stylish twin-standing mirror adds a touch of elegance, making it a perfect blend of comfort and charm.

Bathroom 2: Placed conveniently outside of Bedroom 2 and the kitchen this full bathroom features a shower-bathtub combo, a single sink, a toilet, and a mirror—offering both convenience and comfort.

Bedroom 3: A spacious and versatile room featuring three queen beds, and a cozy full trundle w/ twin underneath —perfect for families or groups. Multiple windows fill the space with natural light, while a ceiling fan keeps it cool. Includes a side table with a lamp and a standing mirror.

Bedroom 4: A cozy and functional space with a queen bunk bed (2 queens), a small window for natural light, and a ceiling fan for comfort. Includes a compact side table with a lamp and a standing mirror for convenience.

Bathroom 3 - The most convenient full bathroom for bedrooms 3&4 features a spacious walk-in shower, dual sinks, and two mirrors.


☆ Parking ☆
🌿 The front area has a huge driveway with ample parking and step-free access, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure. There is a house nextdoor on the same lot but that is unoccupied so you can park anywhere you choose. We can easily fit up to 10 vehicles.

RULES:
**For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Pet Fee is $130 (max of 2, dogs ONLY). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas after 10:00 p.m.; however, we kindly ask that there be no amplified music, shouting, or loud partying. If this rule is not respected, we will have to enforce a no-noise policy outdoors after 10:00 p.m. for the remainder of your stay. Additionally, if the police are called due to a noise complaint, guests will be charged a $500 fee, which reflects the fine we receive.
