Perfect Retreat in Austin

We had an amazing stay at this property during our family gathering in Austin! The home was incredibly well-appointed, with all the amenities we could have hoped for. From the comfortable and stylish furnishings to the thoughtful details throughout, it was clear that the owners put a lot of care into making this space welcoming.The layout was ideal for our family, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and connect. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing meals together a breeze. The outdoor area was another highlight, giving us the perfect space to enjoy Austin’s great weather.The location was also excellent, close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting memories with our family. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained home for their Austin getaway!

Perfect location, perfect stay!

Was in Austin for work for 12 days with 5 colleagues. Preferred to have the extra meeting space and ability to cook so we decided on a rental. I reached out to the host with a few questions and he got back to me quickly. Easy check in - host was there and showed me around. Even gave us some yummy snacks as a welcome gift. Location was fabulous. Just far enough from downtown to be quiet but still close enough to walk to some stuff. We had a rental car and there was plenty of parking (2 spots on property and tons of free street parking). The neighborhood is an interesting mix - older homes and then these new gorgeous modern things. We always felt safe. The listing should include a layout because it was tough to tell what we were getting. But it’s 2 houses on one lot: Main house: (2) Primary bedrooms w/ king beds & en suite bathroom (off the front hall, facing the street) (1) bunk room (6 cool XL bunks, room is off the tv room) Also Kitchen, Dining area, TV Room, Laundry Room, Powder Room Back house: (1)) Primary bedroom w/ King bed & en suite bathroom (1) Bedroom w/ queen bed (really small - like a converted office) Another Full Bathroom, Kitchen, Washer/Dryer The houses are modern and comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for our work (sitting at the table on laptops) & even Amazoned a few things. And the pool! We paid extra to heat it and I’m so glad we did! So relaxing to float out there at night. Loved this house!

Great House!

Lori and Aaron are great hosts! Everything is laid out for you and pretty self explanatory. We arrived and the wine fridge had cocktails waiting for us, which was a fun surprise! The pool was fun and clean, not super chlorine-y either which is always a plus. The beds were SUPER comfortable and so were the pillows. The showers had good body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Lori did send a warning text about bringing our own towels for those spray tan lovers (aka every bachelorette party in the winter/early spring) - which was appreciated; we ended up buying some gray towels and leaving them there for the next guests to use. If you are bringing your own pool floaties, make sure none have glitter on the inside, cause if they pop it's a real mess and the pool filter's would get clogged. The only "complaint" I would have is the decorating rules and not being able to hang thing on walls with standard 3M tape. We had a decorating service come decorate for us and some of the decorations had fallen down by the time we got there because the purple tape that was provided wasn't strong enough to hold up a balloon arch. Lori then mentioned we could attach things to the glass windows which was a life saver!! So truly no complaints, the house is beautiful, in a safe neighborhood, no noisy or loud neighbors, easy to get to rainey st or 6th ave. We loved it and we will definitely be back next time we're in Austin!! THANK YOU LORI AND AARON!! <3

Amazing house & location

We had the best time staying here for a recent bachelorette party. The house is spacious, comfy, well appointed and adorable. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. Centrally located to all we wanted to do, but while at home, we spent lots of time out by the pool and even brought in a private chef and did a silent disco (Beyonce vs Taylor) on the last night which was so fun. There were 11 of us staying in the house with beds to spare. Highly recommend!

Great property, convenient location, attentive host

Clean, modern, nicely decorated, basically new home in a gentrifying neighborhood convenient to downtown. Nice outdoor pool. Guest house provides privacy for larger groups.

Perfect for a group getaway

The house is newly updated and absolutely gorgeous, and very clean. The hosts were great and communicative, and very helpful. Everything is a short Uber ride away, and Rainey street is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this property.

Best time ever!!

My friends and I love staying at Lori's Vrbo in East Austin! This is our second time here and we were not disappointed. The house comes equipped with everything you would need and more. It is spacious and comfortable, even with 16 guests. Not only did we have a blast at the house, but its proximity to great food and things to do in Austin is unrivaled! Couldn't ask for a more perfect stay. Plus, Lori and Aaron were super super hospitable, got us checked in super smoothly, and area always quick to respond via text or call on just about anything. Highly recommend staying here, it is definitely worth it!

Perfect stay

Had a great experience in this rental. The pictures don't do it justice! Ton of supplies (towels, kitchen etc.) and brand new/super clean. Highly recommend staying here. Owner is super friendly and helpful as well.

Beautiful property and fabulous location

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my friends stayed here for my sister’s Bachlorette and the house was PERFECT!! Everything we needed was there! You have so much space for drinks and food, there’s all the cocktail tools and glassware you’ll need. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a cute coffee shop a few blocks away. Getting to the bars and restaurants was a quick cab ride away. I highly recommend staying here!

The house was great. It was well kept and close to everything you want in Austin. There are a lot of rules, but most are common sense and don’t require much for you to abide by. The property managers were very helpful and responsive.

Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for 13 girls to stay for a bachelorette over labor day weekend. The property managers were communicative and very helpful before and during our stay. The backyard is perfect for a group and there was plenty of space for everyone. I highly recommend staying here with a big group!

BEST RENTAL EVER

Ok honestly this house is absolutely stunning, beautiful lighting and so many COMFORTABLE beds and couches! The bathrooms are super clean. The kitchen was fantastic. Honestly the best house for our bridal party to get ready at. Everything was gorgeous. The hostess was so quick to answer us. They also provided basically everything. So many towels and comfortable bedding that felt like clouds. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Beautiful beautiful beautiful place! I highly highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Favorite Vrbo of all time

Wish i could give it more than five stars!! My 14 friends and I seriously had the best stay ever here. First and foremost the house and property are beautiful and expertly designed. It felt like we were staying at a luxury resort. Everything is so modern yet cute and also very clean, plus the house was extremely well equipped to handle this number of people, including enough pool towels, bathrooms, and bedroom space. Great location to explore Austin that is also walking distance to a ton of good food. The host was extremely responsive and helpful answering any questions we had! Highly recommend staying here no matter the size of your group

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING - 1 million stars!

We had the absolute BEST time at this property! It was absolutely stunning inside and out. The cleanliness was off the charts. And each room (bathrooms, kitchen) was stocked with everything we could possibly need. When we did have questions -- like, where the scissors were -- we were able to get in touch with the property manager quickly and easily. It made our trip to Austin so much better, knowing we had a gorgeous home to return to each night!

ATX paradise

If you’re looking for a large group rental in the heart of ATX look no further than this one!! The cohosts Aaron & Lori were nothing short of amazing during our stay. The pictures don’t even do the property justice! Having a pool was key in the middle of the Texas heat wave we experienced while down here. Everything was a quick walk or cheap (less than $10 every time) uber away. There’s a walking trail a short walk down the street with gorgeous views of Lady Bird Lake & provided yoga mats if your group is looking for exercise in Austin. The 2 full kitchens provide plenty of space for all of your groups needs and there’s plenty of room to spread out so no one feels crowded or on top of one another in the house! A 10/10 property all around!
