Leave all your worries behind - come relax, make memories and enjoy unforgettable sunsets! Plenty of room to gather together with multiple large gathering spaces, but also enough room for everyone to have their own space with 6 beds, 4.5 bathrooms.

We want to make your packing light and easy and your stay as enjoyable as possible! The beds will be made when you arrive in high quality cotton linens, and the bathroom closets will be stocked with bath towels! You don't have to bring your own sheets OR walk in the door and make your own beds! In the bathrooms, you'll also find hand soaps, towels & towelettes, and a hair dryer.

In the kitchen, it is well equipped with everything you need to cook with. Paper towels, trash bags, dish cloths, dish soap and detergent will be provided.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SPACES for Relaxation:

BEDROOM 1 (main level): King bed with wall mounted TV, Private full bath with his and her sinks and walk in closet.

BEDROOMS 2 & 3 (main level):
a) King bed
b) Queen bed.
c) Large Bathroom with a shower tub

BEDROOM 4 (main level): King bed, Wall mounted TV, Private full bath.

BEDROOMS 5 & 6 (lower level): King bed and Queen bed. 3 extra air mattresses (2 Twins and 1 Queen). Wall mounted TV in each sleeping area, Full bath just outside the bedroom areas, double sinks and a nice size shower. Can also be accessed by anyone using the game room downstairs.

LIVING SPACES:

LIVING ROOM (main level): sofa, chairs with ottomans, 70" TV, Walk out to large deck overlooking the lake.

FLORIDA ROOM (main level): Sofas and chairs overlooking the lake.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM (main level): Large open space connects kitchen area and dining area; Two full size refrigerators (one in the garage), One full size dishwashers, Large dining tables offering seating for 8, Big island seating for 7. Plus walk out to large Deck overlooking lake with table seating for 8 more. Well stocked kitchen including Keurig coffee maker and toaster.

LOWER LEVEL: In addition to bedrooms 5 & 6 (described above), the Lower level also contains a wet bar(with chiller), a PING PONG table, cornhole, board games and a TV area with sofa. From this area, you can walk out onto the Patio and Dock.

WORKOUT ROOM: Equipped with a treadmill and an Ellipse workout machine. Wall mounted TV.

OUTSIDE:
- Enjoy the wildlife constantly on the property!
- Large deck on the main level that connects to Kitchen and Sunroom. Overlooks the lake and has table with 6 seats plus additional chairs and sofas.
- Propane gas fireplace to gather around for conversations
- There are 2 Kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 2 skis for you to use and some different sizes life vests.

DOCK: Great room & boat house stereo systems w/Bluetooth. Dining table and chairs for relaxation. it has a small fridge for beverages, 2-floaters, boat and PWC bays. You can rent a boat from one of the local marinas.

*** 3 nights minimum rental in most cases. 4 nights minimum on holiday weekends. 2 nights minimum during non-peak season.

*** Linens included and beds made when you arrive!

*** Bathroom closets will be stocked with bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Also, provided in each bathroom: hand soap and toilet paper.


*** Pool is open during the summer season, 6 guests are allowed each time. You are also allowed to use other amenities except for the clubhouse.

*** End of stay Trash pickup included with an additional Mid-week trash pickup offered during full week stays.

***IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT Furbabies: Pets are not allowed. If there is any evidence that guests have brought a pet, (or smoked in the house), there will be a minimum of $400 assessed in the resolution center for extra cleaning. If you need boarding for your pet, Rover is a great resource!
