The two parking spots can accommodate two mid-sized vehicles (note: they may not fit larger trucks or SUVs, but there is tons of FREE street parking by house). Check-in is seamless with a smart lock, and we’re available 24/7 should you need anything during your stay.

Every bedroom has a king memory foam bed (6 total), and the house is filled with natural light throughout. You’ll have full, private access—no shared walls or spaces—and enjoy a fenced-in patio with a hot tub. - No smoking or pets.
- No glitter. No decorations on walls, fixtures, or furniture, but we can connect you with professional decorators!
- Leave the home in good condition. Excessive mess or damage may result in charges.
- PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use!
- All guests agree to follow hot tub guidelines. (SEE BELOW)

*Hot Tub Guidelines*
To keep the hot tub in top condition and avoid malfunction, please agree to the following before booking:
- Always keep the lid on when not in use
- Maintain temperature between 96-98°F.
- Do not turn off the breaker at any time.
Failure to follow these rules may result in an additional fee.

Hot Tub Servicing Notes – Our hot tub is professionally serviced before every stay. For long stays, we will reach out to arrange an extra cleaning as needed.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming and use of Spa/Hot tub/Jacuzzi is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of Spa. Ensure the pool and tub safety covers are secured and locked when not in use. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and use of Spa. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
