Great house; very very clean; beautiful decor; host was super responsive to our questions; the house accommodated our group of 5 couples extremely well. Minor minor comment regarding the 4 out of 5 on the “online representation” is that the photo used a wide angle lense so we didn’t recognize the house upon arrival. Not a big deal at all. Great find and would stay there again.

Graduation at Lipscomb

We found the property very comfortable for our extended family. The house was just perfect! The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and close to the university, restaurants in 12 South and music/bars in downtown. We all look forward to visiting again soon.

Graduation celebration

Was nice to have a large house that the extended family could all stay in together for son's college graduation. Two bedrooms on the main floor was a plus for the grandparents. From booking to check in to check out, all went smoothly.

Home was specious and exactly what we needed for a group of 8. Our flight was very early and the owners were kind enough to meet us there and let us drop our luggage off. The next time I come to Nashville I will stay here again.

Incredible House!

The house was super clean, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The house is in a convenient, safe neighborhood. We had a wonderful time. The owner was quick to respond to questions and checkin and checkout was easy. The owner was able to even accommodate a special request. This is one of the best Vrbo rentals I have ever stayed in.

Women’s Retreat

This house is beautiful with a fabulous roomy layout, all the amenities and conveniently located in 12 South. We walked to great restaurants and coffee shops and spent lots of time on the amazing porches. We will be back, Nashville did not disappoint.

Great House!

House was spacious, clean and had all of the upgrades. Master bedroom shower was amazing. Loved the open design for everyone to just hang out. Parking was tight with 2 full size pick ups and a standard sedan but manageable. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful home away from home...

What a wonderful stay! A perfect home for multigenerational family. The master and second bedroom downstairs were perfect for the grandparents. Upstairs was perfect for the rest of the family. The downstairs kitchen/living/dining/back porch were fantastic for cooking, eating, playing games and just hanging out together. It is truly a remarkable home!

Bachelorette Weekend

The house was stunning and much larger than the pictures showed. We were a group of 9 and could not have been more comfortable. The house was stocked well and we felt like we were at home! The location was perfect. A short drive or walk to 12 South and a very short drive to Broadway. I will stay here again when I am in Nashville.

Highly recommend!

A group of 11 adults stayed at this wonderful home and we were all very impressed. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable and convenient. Mike was super responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home and if we travel back to Nashville this is where we would hope to stay. Thank you for a wonderful birthday weekend!

Exceptional on All Levels

This Belle Meade home is absolutely stunning, well maintained and exceptionally finished. This home checked all the boxes. The beds were comfortable, linens are good quality and the entire home was spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for a large group with enough bathrooms for all to be comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. Grounds are well maintained. I have absolutely zero complaints and would stay again without a doubt!

Perfect Fit for Family Weekend

The property provided a great setup to allow our family to spread out, each kid having their own bedroom/bathroom with great hangout areas. Location is convenient to downtown, 12 South and local universities. House is in excellent condition and feels new inside. Everything you need to cook meals is onsite but local to great food scene as well. Shared driveway will mean you need someone with good parking skills for multiple cars but plenty of room for even our SUV and second sedan.

Beautiful Spacious Home with Great Owner

The home was beautiful and the owner was beyond responsive! We found this property after another property cancelled our reservation with less than 24 hours until arrival. Rich responded so quickly and had the property ready on such short notice. The home was very spacious and comfortably fit our group of ladies. We loved exploring 12 South and were only a short ride to Broadway. Would definitely recommend this property. Thank you Rich!

Family and Friends Weekend

We stayed for the weekend and just loved the house. We had 11 in our party - 3 older couples and 5 young people, early 20's. The couples each had there own bed and bath while the others comfortably shared the Jack and Jill bathroom. My daughter and two friends used the room with the bunk beds - worked out perfect. Beautiful decor, very spacious. Also very close to so many of Nashville hot spots. The property is accurately described and Rich was very easy to deal with. Looking forward to our next visit! The home is newer, being built in the last few years and has all the amenities one would expect from a luxury home. There is multiple spaces for groups to hang out, yet it's designed to allow for privacy for couples or individuals. The location is fantastic being in a relatively quiet neighborhood that's very close to the "hot spots" of Nashville.
