Just a heads-up! Our home has a separate rental suite in the basement with its own private entrance, so you’ll have complete privacy. The only shared space is the laundry area.
The laundry area is in the basement. To get there, go to the kitchen and look for the door leading downstairs. Once you reach the basement:
• The laundry area is on the left.
• The back door is straight ahead.
• The neighbor’s side is on the right.
For parking, street parking is FREE, and a designated parking pad #1 is provided in the back alley for your convenience. Kindly avoid blocking parking pad #2 as it's for other tenants’ garage access.
There are exterior cameras at the front & back of the house that record 24/7 for your safety and security purposes.
The internet/router is located under the bed in the room with two beds. (Please do not touch or move it unless necessary.)
Kindly make sure to lock all the doors—the front door, back door, kitchen door going to the laundry area, and backyard gate.
(Whether you're leaving or staying inside the house.)

The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not
offer air conditioning. however, fans are provided to help with the heat.
We kindly ask our guests to respect the noise levels and keep any loud activities to a minimum. In the event that the CAMERA is tampered with, turned off, or removed, we reserve the right to terminate the guest's stay immediately without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests.
There is a keyless entry to the home in which you will be provided a unique code to access the property during your stay.
Review our posted cancellation policy before booking. Consider purchasing travel insurance for added protection against last-minute cancellations.
We partner with Know Your Guest for guest screening; verification of details and ID is required before booking.
We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after your stay.
