Tucked into the heart of Seagrove lies our beautiful The Grand Mary home, offering resort accommodations for up to 14 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This brand new (2025) home offers the best of the Gulf Coast! Hang out by your private, pool, or take a quick stroll down the road to one of several nearby beach access points. Take one of the provide bikes or golf cart to the beach, or rent a kayak to have some fun in the sun on Eastern Lake! Amenities abound in this tastefully decorated home!



This custom-built sanctuary offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, with 3 King Master Suites, 3 balconies, an awesome custom-built Bunk Room, private (heatable**) pool and even a Ping Pong Table and a Rally Roar Homecourt Hoops! The second floor is open and inviting, with a spacious Dining, Kitchen and Living Room area, perfect for entertaining the whole family. Also, you'll find two (2) balconies with plenty of seating, the perfect place to drink your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.



The Kitchen is fully-appointed and complete with stainless steel premium appliances, sure to appease even the most discriminating home chef. Its premium stainless steel appliances perfectly accent the stunning White Quartz Marble countertops and large, open gas range. Plenty of cookware and a spacious pantry makes meal time easy! Afterall, just because you're on vacation, doesn't mean you can't serve a home-cooked family meals. Alternatively, you are minutes away from some of the best Dining on the Emerald Coast.



The huge breakfast bar seats 6, there's also a 6-seat dining table on the shared (covered) balcony! On this floor, you'll find all 3 King Master Suites. Each bedroom has it's own private bath and TV (no fighting over either on this vacay)! The 2 King Master Suites each have a private ensuite with walk-in showers and access to the shared (or private) balcony, while the Junior King Master Suite has a private bath with a shower/tub combo. Finally, on the top floor, you'll find the Bunk Room, the perfect place for the kid's to hang out, complete with two (2) sets of custom-built Queen-over-Queen Bunk Beds and a huge sectional. The stairwell opens directly to this room (there is no door), but it also has its own full bathroom with walk-in shower.
