The home’s location is attractive enough being mere steps from the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast, but bonus features like the 6-seater golf cart and complimentary beach cruisers make it even more attractive. You’ll love spending time outdoors at Crab Cottage. Whether its wiling away the afternoon on the front porch swing or laughing over drinks or lounging in the hammock on the covered back patio while the grill roars, Crab Cottage offers the ultimate in beachy R&R.
Inside the home, the cool coastal theme is pitch perfect. Soft beechwood colored furnishings and ivory and seafoam accents create an ambiance you’ll want to sink into. The first floor is the main gathering area with a large living space and a well appointed high end kitchen with designer backsplash. The dining table has seating for six, and there’s an additional space for four at the counter bar. The first floor is rounded out with a mud room and a guest with a king bed.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the master suite has a private en suite bath. The bunk room has ample sleeping space and is perfect for the kids. All three of the rooms have balcony access. It’s luxury and relaxation at its best!

The Big Chill has a full stage, grassy area with chairs and sofas to watch live music, numerous eatery spots from ice cream to BBQ, and spots for a little shopping as well. Prominence is located on Florida’s beautiful scenic highway 30A, with the bike trail providing easy access to the beach, Seaside, multiple state forests, golf courses and more.
