Luxurious award-winning king-size bedroom suite in Central Cambridge

My house was an old gem built in 1854, I renovated it in 2005 and won a Preservation Award from the office of the Historial Commission of the City of Cambridge.

My house is located at the center of Central Square in Cambridge, a 20-minute walk to Harvard and MIT. 7 minutes walk to the Red Line subway station( Central Station)

Whole Foods grocery is just 5 minutes away, shops and restaurants, City Hall, banks, and post office are all within walking distance.

This king-size bedroom suite offers privacy from other rooms in the house.

Owner Wendy lives on the top floor, away from the guest bedrooms. There is another guest bedroom suite at the other end of the 2nd floor, not connected to your bedroom.

The first floor is a spacious area containing the kitchen, living room, and dining room that are shared with the owner and other guests. It is a common area for cooking, dining, and mingling with the owner and other guests.

You will enjoy the private bedroom suites on the 2nd floor and share the kitchen, living room, and dining room on the first floor.

The bathroom has a jetted bathtub for a busy day trip. A 55-inches TV, a dresser, a couch, and a small working desk and walk-in closet for your convenience. Your child between 6-18 is welcome to stay in the bedroom with you for free. There is a single-size airbed for him or her. It is not for an unrelated adult.

There is an outside deck by the bedroom hallway with a table and chairs for relaxing and viewing the street scenes.

There is also an outside deck by the kitchen area on the first floor with a table and seats for breakfast or lunch.

Two parking spaces are available for guests in the backyard and a guest parking permit on the streets.

Subway and buses are nearby to go to Boston and surrounding towns. My street is safe and one-way with very little traffic at night so you will have a quiet environment for a good night's sleep.

You will use a lock box to get inside the front door. The passcode to the lockbox will be given to you after booking. There are two sets of keys for the front and back doors and the bedroom. There is also a chain lock inside the bedroom.

You will receive a welcome letter via your personal email about 10 days prior your check-in date, it will inform you with the passcode to the lockbox.
