BEST COZY 1 Bedroom apartment in charming Queens
Located in Queens, this apartment is a dream. 1 bedroom featuring a comfy futon, guest can unwind after a day of exploring. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet and hair dryer for added convenience. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Queens and our apartment has to offer.
Located in the best area in queens NY. Subway (3mintues walk), (20mintues to times squares), laundromat, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants all around the corner. Ideal for couple, single traveler who wants to stay in NY for short term for visit and explore.
The space
Guest/s will have an entire private room. The room has big windows and natural lights. There is a smart TV, computer desk, only monitors attached) that will have space to do work. There is a drawer for guest to use for their clothes or stuff.
10 minutes from LGA Airport!!!

No shoes in the house beyond the front doorway(please store your shoes outside the apartment)
Absolutely NO unregistered guests
Absolutely NO soliciting of any kind
Absolutely NO drugs of any kind, alcohol is OK
Absolutely NO smoking in the apartment, including e-cigarettes
No animals in the house
Please always close the front door when you leave and be courteous to the neighbors
If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let met know ASAP
Unreturned and/or lost keys wills be charged a $100 replacement fee
Please take care of the apartment after each use. Please clean up yourself whenever you are done eating .
Quite time after 10pm, Enjoy our home =)
In our listing, Guest will be residing in the same unit as me, (the host) , and sharing common areas (kitchen/living room, and bathroom.) with me during the stay.
