Everything about this property is accurate and the hosts are responsive and hospitable. Very clean and spacious in a secure neighborhood. It was great to have groceries and restaurants within minutes. We enjoyed a leisurely walk in the neighborhood and enjoyed Platonic Park.The only drawback was dogs barking and, sometimes, for extended periods of time.

Had a great time here! The apartment was immaculate. Nice little view and enjoyed the whistling ducks. Tried the pool and even though the water was cold the whole set up was beautiful. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The home is as described. We really enjoyed being able to walk downtown for coffee and baked goods for breakfast. Our host, Theresa, was very attentive to a small odor issue we had and resolved it ASAP. I’d highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and new

It was like being at home with the cleanliness and the amenities. I also like the simple decor. Communication was easy and the check in process was easy to understand. Just be mindful that there is no elevator so pack light!

5 Stars – Spacious and Comfortable Stay in Rosenberg

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in Rosenberg. It was spacious, clean, and overall just a nice, comfortable place to be. The furniture was simple but perfectly adequate. It had everything I needed to feel at home.The experience was easy from beginning to end. Communication was great. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, they responded quickly and were very helpful.It was a smooth and pleasant stay, and I would absolutely stay here again. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place in Rosenberg.

The place was very nice. It was clean, in a good location, and everything appeared exactly as listed. There is one thing I have to mention though, the water smelled terrible! Like rotten eggs. The shower turned my jewelry orange. We used bottled water for almost everything except quickly washing our hands and showering. :( It was very disappointing.

Hi Suzi. Thank you for leaving us a review. I hope that you have communicated this with me during your stay, so we could have helped you. This is the first time I am hearing this and it is unfortunate that I wasn’t given a chance to assist you. The apartment unit wasn’t booked for a while before you checked-in and when water isn’t flowing a few days/nobody using it, it creates build up of gas on pipes that causes the foul smell. And the simple way to solve it is to turn on all faucets and let it run for a few minutes until gas build up is gone and water is back to not having any smell. I am glad that everything else except the water worked out for you. I am sorry for your bad experience with the water. Next time, let your host know about problems you encounter during your stay.
