One of the best owner hosted properties we've stayed at! The location was great, easy to find,quiet and close to all of the amenities in the area. The condo layout is perfect very comfortable and well appointed. The host thought of everything to make our stay excellent! The nearby parking garage was secure, convenient and great considering it snowed during our stay. We highly recommend a stay at this property!

We loved the apartment. It is beautifully decorated and had a few snacks and waters for when we arrived. The Nespresso machine was a great bonus as well. Everything was absolutely perfect!!!

Very clean! Very well designed. Close to everything. Easy walk to restaurants shops museums the riverfront. Paid parking right in front of the entrance for quick loading and unloading easy. Two minute walk to parking garage. I would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The host was so accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our every need. The little details made all the difference—like bottled water and candy waiting for us when we arrived. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was also perfect, convenient yet quiet. Out of all the places we’ve stayed, this was easily one of our top three experiences. We would highly recommend it to anyone and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay! It was very clean and looked just like the photos. Host was very sweet and great communication! Only complaint was that it is located right next to a fire station so the sirens and noises from that throughout the night became a little annoying when trying to sleep lol. But it was also nice it being downtown so that things were within walking distance! Free parking was a plus too!

The loft was one of the nicest and cleanest vacation rentals we have stayed in. The host was always responsive and helpful. I thought the offsite garage parking was a great perk and the access was easy and location only about a block away. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again on our next visit if available.

Weekend Trip

Great property! Walkable to many nice areas. Also right around the corner from the Cincinnati connector which was very convenient. Only complaint was no TV in the bedroom as my wife enjoys falling asleep to TV but overall a fantastic place to stay! The host was very responsive with check in and check out communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Cincinnati Downtown

This is a great little apartment set in a charming old repurposed (I think) warehouse or industrial type building, but done remarkably well. Getting there and "decoding" the three different keypads was a bit like being on "The Amazing Race" but all good when we figured it all out. The garage parking was about a block away and also a bit confusing to start with but once found and verified, an easy process with the keycard which is needed to exit, but not enter, but you do get a paper receipt when you enter, that you don't need. We also discovered (and the host did too, apparently) that on holiday weekends or events that the city is running, the keycard doesn't work to exit. This ended up costing us 10 to leave but trying to get the card to work was the most frustrating part. The host wasn't super responsive, as we also cut our stay by one day and let them know 24 hours ahead of time. Wasn't expecting anything but wanted to give them a heads up. Never heard anything from them about it and nothing about the parking issue until 24 hours later. These were relatively minor in the scheme of things and overall this was a great spot, very clean and safe and close to a lot of good restaurants etc. Never saw the "suggestions" list on the door until we were actually leaving for the last time but it looked like it had some good tips for local stuff. I would recommend this cute little apartment.

The apartment was beautiful and quiet. Everything is within walking distance. We felt very safe and comfortable. We were in town going to Cincinnati Childrens Hospital for a few difficult appointments about my complicated pregnancy. Having a comfortable place to stay while greiving really helped. We would definitely recommend.

This was a great place. Felt like a nice home instead of a hotel. Well furnished, comfortable and attractive. Being able to park in the garage was a nice touch. Only negative is the fire department is a block away so if they make runs in the middle of the night that can be disruptive to sleep. I would stay here again for sure.
