It is a great location! This unit had a balcony that was amazing. All the amenities you could want. The parking and entry was confusing for me but once done, it was simple. Hope to be back urine a game. The communication was slower than I was used to so patience is needed.

What a great place! The vibe was chill and sporty. We spent time in the game room with our kids and the view made it extra cool! Host was very accommodating on logistics. If it was summer, it’d be PRIME spot for the pool!

Host was responsive to our request to enter early and the apartment was conveniently located to everything. There was a nice patio off the back as well. The host provided good instructions to the lockbox and apartment, though I would recommend referencing the leasing office when talking about the main lobby because we were a bit confused about that. The parking location was a little tricky to find at first but nothing too difficult and once we found it the first time, not a big deal at all. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would stay again.

Unbelievable location easy walk to the ballgame and over to Newport on the Levee. Plenty of attractions to keep everyone in our family of six entertained.

Perfect place to stay for a short trip away. Great location, easy to find. We were bummed the pool was not available but that was the only negative part of our stay. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice room, well decorated with local flair. We had issues with the parking but the host did an amazing job getting the issue rectified. Bed is firm with a thick memory foam pad. Default temp seems to be set at 72. Couch is really comfortable. Patio door exits facing towards pool area which would’ve been great had we been here during pool season. My wife loves the fuzzy area rugs. There needs to be an outlet splitter or something in the bathroom. You cannot use the smart mirror and the hair dryer at the same time. Otherwise I highly recommend this for a quick or extended stay.

I brought 2 teens for a Bengals game. They instantly fell in love with this apartment! Great location within walking distance of the stadiums. As a person with bad anxiety, I really appreciated that this host gave step by step instructions, along with pictures, of how to gain access to parking and the key. THANK YOU!

Was just lookin for somewhere to accommodate 6 girls for a night out. The host was very attentive and answered all questions completely and briefly. While we wish the pool would’ve been open, it was still a great stay and very clean.

Great location. The unit itself was very clean & nicely laid out including special touches.. The bed was extremely comfortable (would love to know mattress brand). We did not hear any noise from units around us. The host was very timely in responsiveness to any inquiries. View from the patio was amazing. OUTSTANDING!! Our entire experience with the 513 Flat was top notch, from the communication and service before our arrival to the follow up upon leaving. The unit is immaculate, incredibly well-stocked, and very very clean. We had 5 adults and had plenty of room to sleep comfortably. The common areas inside and out are just as nice. We were only there for one night, but hope to return for a longer stay so we can enjoy all the amenities, include the pool, grilling area, and game room. The other bonus, is this is a safe and comfortable walking distance from Great American Ballpark.

We provide over six comforters and four different bedding options, ensuring guests can choose what works best for them. Additionally, the thermostat is fully adjustable, so the temperature can always be set to your liking. Since I personally travel in large groups, I make it a priority to offer more flexibility and options than most rentals to accommodate a larger group at a bargain price—something I take pride in. For that reason, I find your comments a bit unexpected, as many of these features are in place to enhance guest comfort. The 513 Flat

You need a separate app to get into the garage.Finding the room was tough. Felt like rats in a maze.Getting back to the car in the underground garage was the toughest of all. You cant go back the way you come in. Only one elevator goes to the lower garage and its in a janitor hallway. Very frustrating.

Hidden gem!

It’s like, I almost don’t want to review the place because I don’t want anyone else to find out about it.. but, this spot deserves the feedback!The owner was quick to get back to me with some of my questions and was really cool.The price was great. The place was extremely clean. The owner also has the place stocked with pretty much whatever you could need.I think it would be even more enjoyable when the pool is open. Just wasn’t quite the season yet, but it looks like a good time.Proximity to the ball park, restaurants/bars, a park.. just can’t be beat.Really enjoyed this stay and I’m sure we’ll stay again!
