GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.

We appreciated the space. 3 rooms & 2 bathrooms (1 with shower/bath) downtstairs, which was great for grandma, the rest upstairs. Kitchen had a lot of space, refrigerator nice & big. Very comfortable, homely feeling.

We were able to check in early, which was really nice. However when we arrived the driveway was ice and snow packed and there were packages on the porch that looked like they’d been outside for days. The house itself was fine and set up. The darts, 2 pool sticks and other activities were broken and unusable. The sink was leaking and sprayed us when turned on. There were a lot of things broken in the house. Though stocked with pillows, it seemed like they were all over used and uncomfortable. It was a nice house but was not up to date on the upkeep. It was fine for our basic needs but we chose the house for the games and were unable to use them. Support was contacted and tried to help, but it was clear the house was not maintained before our arrival.
