Located just a few houses from the beach in Galveston’s quiet Indian Beach neighborhood, Daybreak Galveston is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home with sweeping Gulf views, two living areas, and room for the whole family. Enjoy a large bunk room, multiple king bedrooms, a bright open-concept layout, and great outdoor spaces including a Gulf-facing porch, a hot tub, and a roomy yard—ideal for relaxing after a day on the sand.
*NOTE* Elevator is NOT available for use.
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
● Location: Indian Beach community of Galveston, Texas
● Beach access: The community beach access point is just a few houses down, a quick walk away!
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.
● Parking: There is room for 6 cars in the driveway.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
Inside, the main floor welcomes you with an open-concept living space designed for gathering and unwinding. A full wall of windows fills the area with natural light, while the kitchen offers plenty of seating at the bar, breakfast table, and large dining table—perfect for meals and late-night board games. On this level, you’ll find three king bedrooms. One includes a private ensuite bathroom, while the other two share a convenient Jack & Jill bath.
Upstairs on the third floor is a generously sized bunk room that’s great for kids, teens, or extra guests. It features four full beds (set up as two bunks), two twin trundles, a twin-over-twin bunk, and a full-size sofa bed. This floor also includes its own full bathroom and a second living area just outside the bunk room—ideal for spreading out.
Step outside to enjoy the breeze from the Gulf-facing porch, complete with space to dine, lounge, or sunbathe. Below the home, the covered ground-level area includes a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and room to entertain. With a large yard, off-street parking, and beach access just a short walk away, Daybreak Galveston offers a laid-back, coastal stay with all the comforts of home.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
