We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We only needed to stay the weekend for a graduation so didn't spend much time at the property. The listing was honest about proximity to the airport. Sitting out back, we did get a good look at the planes going by, but inside the sound proofing was great and the noise didn't bother us at all. Zack was very communicative and the stay was very comfortable.

Zach was great we didn’t have trash bags and he sent a Walmart order he allowed us to stay in another unit bc we decided to stay an extra day allowed us to check in early and also have a late checkout. It’s close to so many beaches that are beautiful will definitely be booking with him again next year when we come.

We stayed for six weeks. Everything was great. The location was convenient to both Sarasota and Bradenton. The neighborhood was safe for taking long walks. The home was furnished with everything we needed. Would stay there again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at lobster Louie’s inn! The property was very conveniently located to the beaches, restaurants etc. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for us as we brought our four dogs on vacation with us! The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and informative! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

Great location and great space!

We appreciated the large rooms with lots of towels and oh so many soft blankets (we loved). We enjoyed the spacious yard and the location was so convenient to so many things. We highly recommend staying here!

Great experience! We had a longer rental while our house was being completed. The host was GREAT to work with and very accommodating! The location was a reasonable drive to the beach and great access to the airport. The house is clean and nicely decorated. It was everything we needed!

Spring break visit

My family stayed at Lobster Louie's while visiting our kid at college over Spring Break. The home was comfortable and immaculate, communication was quick, and the manager was very kind and understanding about the need for my child to bring their service animal when they would visit with us at the house. We will definitely stay again!

I was not happy with this place at all. I sent an email to the person in charge but have yet to receive an email back only for me to write a review. So that was frustrating in itself. I originally picked this because of the fenced in yard for my dog. The pictures looked really nice online but there was no grass just sand and weeds. The outside patio furniture was dirty. We didn't even sit outside. The handle to the sliding glass door was broken, blinds in the front were broken, light in the laundry room was out, needs a new shower curtain, no boardgames like they say. I drink alot of coffee and online it states there is a Keurig with complementary pods there were not. The pictures were deceiving as to what the place actually looked like. The only pros were it's easy to travel to nearby beaches which is about 30 minutes to a few different ones. This place was not up to my standards at all. They should update the pictures online to what this place actually looks like on real life.

We were somewhat disappointed with our stay, as we felt the property was not as described or depicted. The slider door handle in the bedroom was broken and the door inoperable, many window blinds were torn and had slats missing, no stopper in the bathroom sink, no bedroom dressers and the built in drawers were stuck shut and not able to be used. Kitchen was not well stocked with basic items (broiling pan, potato masher, ovens mitts, kitchen linens, salt and pepper shakers). Pots and pans needed to be cleaned before use.The ad for the house said it was one bathroom, but in the description of the house it referenced, incorrectly, a second en suite bathroom. There was a problem with one of the appliances that was only resolved after contacting VRBO.The location and the neighborhood were great, and the owner provided some cleaning products, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels.In retrospect, we lived at the property for three weeks, cooked, did laundry etc. and found the house lacking in several areas for a long term rental. Some of the issues we had may not be issues for anyone staying for only a few days.

Great location to easily get to beaches in both directions. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. Home was open and inviting. Beds were comfy. Well stocked with essentials. Close to the airport. You can really hear and see some of the bigger planes landing when you’re outside lol. I thought that was cool. When you’re inside, it’s barely noticeable which was good. Host was responsive and emailed to let us know he was available if we needed anything. We didn’t, all was great. Neighborhood was cute and quiet. My fur baby loved the large fenced yard. A company came and sprayed outside for bugs while we were there and the worker relayed everything they use is pet friendly. Which was nice. We had no issues with bugs or those no-see-ums! I’d go back for sure.
