This 1860 home is conveniently located one block from highway 54 and several local eateries. It is 2 blocks from Riverside Park and one block from the Southwind Rail Trail. The west end of the new LeHigh State Park is less than a mile south. Enjoy coffee on the front porch or back brick patio surrounded by mature trees and a picket fence. In the comfortable living room, watch tv on the Roku smart tv. Two bedrooms with crisp, white linens on queen beds & black out curtains. The sunroom has a daybed with pull out trundle. Includes a washer/dryer, driveway, and fully equipped kitchen. New central heat and air. The wall heaters in the photos are not in use. Child friendly with highchair, pack 'n play, toys, and books.

We really enjoyed staying at this home with its old charm but updated too. The house was roomy and 3 bedrooms were so nice. The town of Iola was just around the corner with shops and eating places. And Walmart was just down the street. We will definitely stay again

Perfect place to stay!

Loved sitting out on the front porch and playing cards at the dining room table. So close to ANYTHING you need.

Great stay!

We had plenty of space for 4 adults and several kids to enjoy a cozy and relaxing evening together. There were toys and extra blankets thay very much appreciated and the front porch as well. Cofmy beds too!
