This house is divided into two separate units, each offering privacy and comfort:

Unit 1 (First Floor + Private Bungalow)

- 1 Private Bungalow: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchenette & living room (sofa converts into a full-sized bed—comfortable for 1 or 2 more guests).

Unit 2 (Second Floor – Must Climb Stairs)
- 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (Queen beds)
- Open-concept living room & kitchen
- Private terrace perfect for relaxing outdoors

Guest have full access to the complete property: the 2 levels and the bungalow apartment.

By Car or Taxi:
- Exit the airport and follow signs toward San Juan.
- Take the main highway west and exit near Hato Rey or Avenida Roosevelt.
- Drive into the neighborhood and follow your GPS to 461 Calle Soldado Ulises Arrigoitia
- The drive takes about 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic.

By Public Transportation:
- Take a bus from the airport heading toward San Juan or Plaza Las Américas.
- Transfer to a local bus that stops near Avenida Roosevelt.
- From there, it’s a short walk to the property.
- Travel time can vary but generally takes around 45–60 minutes.

By Rideshare:
- Apps like Uber are convenient and available at the airport. Input the destination address, and you’ll arrive in about 15 minutes.

Parking:
- Free street parking is available on the premises. There’s typically plenty of space right in front of or near the property.
- No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts and trash properly.

- No Pets Allowed – We love animals, but pets are not permitted in the property.

- Max Guest Limit – Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests specified in your booking.

- Respect the Property – Treat the home with care. Any damages must be reported immediately.

- Parties & Events – No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- Late Check-Out Fee – Late check-out is available for a $75 fee until 2:00 PM. Please request approval at least 24 hours in advance.

- Early Check-In Fee – Early check-in is available for a $75 fee starting at 12:00 PM. Please request approval at least 24 hours in advance.

- Use of Generator – Our top-of-the-line generator is for emergencies only and will turn on automatically. Please don’t attempt to operate it.

- Parking – Free parking is available on-site. Please ensure your vehicle is parked in designated spaces and be mindful not to block the neighbor's entrances.

- Respect the Neighborhood – Hato Rey is a peaceful area. Please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially when entering and leaving the property.
