The Space:

Spanning 1,264 sq. ft., this fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment boasts a refined living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the space with natural light and offering sweeping city views.



The primary suite is a serene retreat, featuring a king-size bed, built-in desk, and generous storage. Its spa-inspired en-suite bathroom offers a dual vanity, oversized soaking tub, and indulgent steam shower, complemented by Frette linens and curated Acqua di Parma and La Bottega bath amenities. The secondary bedroom, designed for both comfort and style, features two full-sized beds and a custom headboard.



Enjoy exclusive services and world-class amenities, beginning with an attentive lobby and front desk service that ensures a seamless living experience. The Neighborhood:

Concerts are held at Radio City Music Hall in Rockefeller Center, or Madison Square Garden, home of the New York Knicks and the New York Rangers.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Please note that this home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application (approx $3,000 in associated fees). The board review could take up to approx 10 days for approval.



Additionally, the property requires owner approval, and is subject to completion of the background check with 72 hour minimum notice period after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
