Usted es muy bienvenido a nuestro recientemente renovado, muy cómodo y totalmente privado apartamento de 3 dormitorios, situado a corta distancia a pie de la histórica ciudad vieja de Dubrovnik. Lo hemos renovado recientemente y diseñado para proporcionar toda la hospitalidad y el confort a nuestros huéspedes cuidar de cada detalle en sí! Realmente disfrutamos en ella y estamos seguros de que también :) Venga como invitados y dejar como amigos!

Este hermoso apartamento consta de cocina, sala de estar, tres dormitorios cómodos, tres baños, cocina al aire libre, terraza espaciosa extrema con comedor y un área de salón, con acceso a jardín encantador plantado por varias plantas, flores y el césped. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades (cocina, lavavajillas, nevera, hervidor, tostadora, utensilios) A su disposición es lavadora también. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño y está equipado con aire acondicionado y TV LCD. El apartamento está situado en una hermosa zona, a sólo 1,7 kilómetros de la histórica ciudad vieja (cca 20 minutos a pie), cerca del mercado, restaurante, panadería y parada de autobús.

Plaza de aparcamiento está disponible bajo petición, sin cargo y es cca 200 metros de la casa.
Parada de autobús con fluida línea de autobús a la ciudad vieja está a sólo 5 minutos a pie del apartamento.

De acuerdo con sus preferencias ofrecemos una amplia variedad de servicios, incluyendo traslados y excursiones a diario. Aeropuerto de recogida y entrega también se pueden organizar.

Beautiful oasis close to old town

Traveling with six adults, and this little apartment with a beautiful garden oasis was absolutely perfect for us. It was clean and quiet, and the outdoor space was perfect for hanging out…if you don’t mind walking off all of the delicious bread you’re going to eat, this is the spot for you!

Beautiful property with excellent communication via the host. Lovely outside area. The owner was friendly and informative. Dubrovnik is a very hilly city with lots of steps, not a problem for us but worth noting for others.

Dubrovnik

The property location was in a perfect location for both a short walk down to the old town one way and the same down to the harbour the other way. Also ideally located for a few supermarkets and bakeries. Excellent clean space and a fantastically polite and helpful owner. There was nothing they wouldn't do to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful property in great location

Our stay was perfect from the time we arrived! We were met by the owner at the top of the stares when we arrived in our taxi. He helped us with our bags and gave us a tour of the property. He also took the time to show us how to get to the walls and beaches. It was an easy walk and only took about 15-20 minutes. Marijana the property manager was awesome! She was quick to respond and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this beautiful property and would stay again!

Beautiful family stay

We are a multigenerational family traveling together 20-99. There are 15 steps to the door of the unit. Everything in Dubrovnik will be on a steep slope. Unless you stay at an elevator access hotel. The unit was beautiful 3 bed room, 2 en-suite with a full bath attached to the living and 3rd bedroom. 3 bed 3 bath total. Wonderful garden and outdoor patio can be enjoyed all day. Our host were wonderful helping us with our luggage. .

Wunderschöne Wohnung und jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Super sauberes und gepflegtes Haus ,mit einer traumhaften Terrasse. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Amazing Stay in Dubrovnik!

This was our 16th annual long weekend as a group of 4 girls and we all agreed our best to date. The whole experience from booking right through to departure was made easy by Marijana and the property owner who are extremely friendly and efficient. The apartment is clean, spacious and has an amazing outdoor space, set between the Old Town and the Marina it provides a convenient and relaxing base. You need to be aware that there are a number of steps to access the apartment but this is not a problem if you are relatively mobile. Dubrovnik has some fabulous restaurants and Marijana also recommended the 3 island boat trip with pickup from the apartment. We would highly recommend this trip. The cable car, although relatively expensive, has absolutely stunning views of the city and coastline. Two of us braved the zip wire at the top and this too was a great experience. We have never returned to the same place for our annual trip but have already booked this apartment for two years time. Thank you Marijana!

What a great home in Dubrovnik!

Superb apartment in excellent location

A beautiful, well equipped and clean apartment in an ideal location about 20 minutes walk from the old town and near the marina too. Five star in every respect and I can only agree with all the reviews below! Marijana and Zdravko were extremely welcoming and superbly efficient from the moment we booked. I would certainly recommend.

Apartment was exactly what we needed for 6 person. Terrace was like second living room and place to look sunset. Marijana was helpful and gave ideas what places to visit (well... we had our own plans so we did not use these ideas).

Exceeded expectations. A beautiful, well maintained high quality apartment in all respects.

I would highly recommend this apartment. There are steep steps to reach the apartment so perhaps difficult for the infirm. Apart from this the service received from Marijana and Zdravko was superb. Nothing was too much trouble and their organisation was excellent. There were six of us travelling and we hired a car from the airport. Zdravko was waiting for us at the car park and took our cases in his car to the apartment to save us carrying up the steps.When we reached the apartment we were all blown away by it's quality, cleanliness and how well appointed it was. Zdravko was extremely welcoming and friendly and took time to tell us all about the apartment and the Dubrovnik area. Marijana arranged two day trips for us with pick up and drop off's from the apartment and was in constant contact with us to make sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. It would be difficult to find a better place to stay in Dubrovnik.

Beautiful home great location.

Zdravko, the owner was very accommodating. He saved us twice, once when the cab left us at the wrong location, and again when Uber was stuck in horrible traffic trying to get to us to take us to the airport. Marijana who manages this VRBO was also amazing. She responded immediately and was always so helpful and caring. The home was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. Great beds. The location was an easy walk to old town, beaches and many conveniences. I would highly recommend this place.

Luxury self catering

From the moment I booked this accommodation the owners were so easy to deal with. Nothing was a problem. They arranged for us to be collected by private taxi from airport and booked one of our day trips for us door to door. The apartment was amazing. Everything you could want and more besides. Coffee sugar salt and pepper olive oil in the cupboard.,dishwasher tablets washing up liquid and washing powder supplied. The apartment was the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice. Comfortable and modern with plenty of room. It is about twenty minute walk to old city or ten euro in a taxi even less with Uber. There are lots of steps but you will find that everywhere in Dubrovnik. Fantastic hosts. Great location. Smart tv with Netflix and YouTube in each bedroom. Ten out of ten.

Perfect place

Stayed here for a few days to discover Dubrovnik. Stylish and comfortable with TVs for those who want. About 20 min walk into old town. Once took Babin Kuk back cost about 10€. Landlord very helpful and we were able to leave our rental in a safe carpark. Bathrooms bijoux so not for large person. Lovely though and almost brand new. One larger bathroom with bathtub. Outside area good for playing cards, eating, sunbathing ... Very clean Strongly recommend.

Clean, modern, relaxing apartment

The apartment was great. Parking was available despite the general craziness of Dubrovnik’s streets. Zdravko met us at the lot, helped us park, then helped take our stuff up the hill to the apartment. The apartment was an oasis of beauty and calm. Excellent view of city, hills, and a bit of islands and bay. The apartment isn’t large but managed to fit in three stylish bedroom, each with its own bathroom. The location is decent - 20 minutes walk to the old city. Using the bus is pretty hard, and it doesnt run very often. Still, you will definitely love your time in Dubrovnik if you stay here.
