The Space:
Welcome to Happy Place, your family’s new favorite vacation spot in the heart of Downtown Branson! This welcoming ground-level condo is perfectly situated near the Convention Center, Downtown attractions, and the vibrant Branson Landing, putting endless fun right at your fingertips.

Step outside to find a sparkling outdoor swimming pool where the kids can splash around all day. The little ones will have a blast exploring the playground while you relax nearby in the shaded pavilion or gather everyone around the firepit for s’mores and storytelling under the stars. Fishing lovers will appreciate our brand-new dock, open 24/7, so you can cast a line whenever you wish.

Inside, Happy Place offers comfort and convenience for your entire family. Unwind in the spacious bedroom featuring a cozy king-sized bed, or use the comfy sleeper sofa in the living area to accommodate your little travelers or extra guests. For our smallest visitors, a high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request (first come, first served—just let us know at booking!).

There are aqua Zumba classes and aqua aerobics for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. You are welcome to join the classes at no additional fee but the pool is not available for open swim during those times.
