The space
This entire split level, high vaulted wood beam ceiling Mid-Century Modern home has new poured terrazzo throughout, including all steps, as well as the entire digitally controlled primary shower, which boasts steam, sound and full color range LED lighting. Each bedroom boasts Somfy motorized shades with channels built into the walls blocking all light and offering a true blackout sleeping experience. The primary bedroom has generous and incredible Custom Comfort mattress held on a custom designed bed, a retractable LG OLED tv in the custom cabinet closet, a large stone soaking tub and breathtaking city/studio views which are serene in the daytime and dazzling at night. The second bedroom offers a brand new stylish Queen bed with floating nightstands, exceptional modern lighting and a 65" Sony 4k Television. The room looks incredible and has an extra air mattress available in closet. The third bedroom/office serves dual purposes as an executive hq or an exquisite bedroom with a 90 second convertible queen size Murphy Bed, offering elevated view of swimming pool and vistas. The shimmering dark bottom salt water pool is equipped with full color range LED lighting, as is the hydrotherapy spa. There is an outdoor dining area with warm, scheduled LED lights hovering above along with a bbq and lounge area with a fire pit at the center. The soft and spacious family room is sunken off the front entryway with floor to ceiling windows welcoming the city view and expanded by the gigantic full wall mirror. The fireplace is remote control and changes the entire atmosphere with the press of a button. There is a dining room which seats six and a buffet table. The fully equipped chef's kitchen is adorned by authentic Pedini Italian cabinetry, world class JennAir/Meile appliances including an induction cooktop, oven and convection/standard microwave oven. The interior cabinets house a blender, coffee machine, chef's knives, etc. The kitchen island grounds the home and has a Meila dishwasher, touch Brizo faucet, slot for cutting board/drying rack and a counter area which is surrounded by four custom luxury barstools. The living area next to the swimming pool offers a chaise lounge sofa, Eames Lounge, full Sonos surround system and a 65" immersive Sony television.


All interior lighting can be controlled through Siri Voice command, each room has Apple TV and the latest Sonos speakers.
