Los huéspedes disfrutarán de excelentes vistas del Océano Atlántico desde Tybee Beach Club 122. Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños está bien amueblado y bien mantenido y es una excelente opción para familias o parejas. El condominio ofrece una sala de estar abierta con vista al mar, mesa de comedor para 4 y bar con capacidad para 2. La cocina ofrece mostradores de granito y todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, junto con una lavadora y secadora apilables. También hay un sofá cama Queen, una estación de acoplamiento para iPod y un televisor de plasma de 42 pulgadas con pantalla plana y reproductor de BluRay que admite NetFlix. El balcón ubicado junto a la sala de estar ofrece excelentes vistas del patio, las piscinas comunitarias y el océano. El acceso directo a la playa se encuentra a pocos pasos de la zona de la piscina, que también ofrece duchas al aire libre.

El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana y un baño adjunto con ducha a ras de suelo. El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con una cama Queen, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD, y ofrece acceso al segundo baño completo con bañera y ducha, al que también se puede acceder desde el pasillo. Internet WIFI está disponible.

Este condominio está ubicado en el segundo piso del edificio Tybee Beach Club del complejo Beachside Colony Resort e incluye el acceso a las tres piscinas, dos plazas de garaje cubiertas, acceso a la playa y el restaurante Marlin Monroes. El edificio tiene ascensor. My husband and I visited this location in late March and it was wonderful.The unit was spacious and clean and had an amazing view of the lawn, the pool area, and the beach and ocean! It was literally steps from the ocean!It was quiet and very family oriented and it had all of the necessities to make it feel like home.I wouldn't change a thing and I would stay again.

Great place for the family.

We very much enjoyed this condo. It was roomy and spacious. Plenty of conveniences which was great for us having 3 kids with us. Will book again if we ever go back to Tybee.

This place had a great view of the ocean, clean and well decorated condo, quite, peaceful, within walking distance to many restaurants, close walk to pool and ocean. Nice pool area, great restaurant attached. We had a great time. I am most impressed with the no hassle, peaceful atmosphere.

Low key family trip

Great location with excellent restaurant attached. Good for little kids with easy beach access. Only complaints are that our room was close to where truck deliveries happen and it was loud at weird hours a few different times. The pools were also very warm, which at times was not refreshing in the heat of midday.

Great location and unit, poor disclosure

The condo was nice, the location was good. The property manager failed to disclose that there would be 50,000 (literally) college students trying to access Tybee Island at the same time we were there. Restaurants and grocery stores closed to avoid the crowds but we didn’t know to plan for that. We still would have visited, we just would have known to get food stocked up and not leave the island. It took us 5+ hours to go the 18 miles between Savannah and Tybee when we tried to return to the condo. Nice unit, poor communication.

Check-in was terrible. We finally found the room but with no maps of the property or instructions, we had to walk around aimlessly trying to find beach access. There was mold in the back shower and mold under the rim of both toilets. My grandson's feet were black from the floors. We were not given parking passes so our vehicle so we received warnings for that. I asked for blankets that we never received. There was no trash bags in the unit. The queen bed and sofa pull out was very uncomfortable. The place does not allow pets but my baby grandson had a flea biting him when we woke up. My older grandson and i both had some kind of bites all over our ankles and legs. I'm assuming fleas. The office onsite does not service this these units. You have to call and hope they actually come.

The location is absolutely perfect! The only downfall to this condo is how far you have to walk out of the way to get beach access. I'm not sure if it is always like this, or if it was just due to the construction going on at the pool.

Beautiful Condo but was a little dirty

The communication from the property manager was great. They gave tons of instructions and details. The condo was beautiful but needed several repairs and a good cleaning. The dishwasher wasn't working and there were several small broken items in the bathroom. The property looked like it wasn't cleaned well. The toilet was dirty and there were tons of hair under the sheets. There was no beach access and the pools were under heavy construction.

July 2020 Stay

Location was great -close to beach- EXCEPT we weren’t allowed to walk through the pool area so it took a while to get to the beach with no direct access. Pool had bleach added for COVID cleaning & was just intolerable. Condo could use some updates - washer and dryer and tiny and old. Both were dirty inside when we arrived (shells and small debris). We only had 8 towels & washcloths so we had to wash several times during our stay - need more. The surfaces were dirty when I wiped down with Lysol wipes on arrival. The extra sheet set we were provided in a sealed plastic bag for the sofa bed had a dead bug on the inside. The curtains in the main room are not blackout curtains so mornings were rough as the sun rises on that side. Master bedroom is on back side of room right by door - we could hear every car on the road or people outside all night so sleeping was difficult sometimes. The headboard also creaked with every single move. We did enjoy Tybee very much - great beach & bike trails!

Great location to the beach and beautiful view. Found the directions to the unit a bit confusing as there are several other buildings on the premises. The unit was very clean but it took over 24 hours for the ice machine to fill and the refrigerator to cool. Front office personnel customer service was below average. We were not given the correct codes to access the gate from the beach. We weren’t the only ones with the same issue and they were not helpful when we inquired about a luggage cart. The pool staff were friendly. The Deck restaurant was great and only a few steps away.

Spotlessly clean and well equipped condo.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Very clean and well equipped. Bring your own beach towels and chairs and enjoy!

No lock on patio door and door did not close not as clean as expected no hot water in kitchen 1st da
