We are taking these actions immediately: - Inspect, repair, or replace the beach-access keypad and gate mechanism so the keypad registers reliably and the gate opens smoothly. - Test and service the condo’s keypad and all other unit access points; replace batteries/controls and require proof of proper operation before the next guest arrival. - Coordinate with resort management to ensure system-wide reliability and establish clear backup access options (on-site staff support, alternative entry methods) for guests who experience failures. - Improve our on-call escalation so access issues receive same-day response and temporary solutions are offered promptly. - Review staff training and check-out procedures to prevent the kind of stress and delays you described.
