LUCIA - una propiedad privada que ofrece tres apartamentos (LA ROSA, LA MARGARITA y L'Ixora Apartments), en una tranquila zona residencial situada en las afueras de la ciudad de Castries, St. Lucía y encaramado 145 pies sobre el mar Caribe en la ladera de La Toc.

Las tarifas de L'IXORA son las siguientes:
  TEMPORADA ALTA (del 1 de diciembre al 15 de mayo): $ 90 / noche por más de 5 noches
  TEMPORADA BAJA (del 16 de mayo al 30 de noviembre) - $ 80 / noche por más de 5 noches
  ESTANCIA MÍNIMA: 4 noches

L'IXORA APARTMENT está rodeado de una rica vegetación natural y ofrece una vista panorámica de la tranquila bahía de Castries City, Vigie Peninsula, Vigie Lighthouse, George Charles Airport (SLU), Vigie Cove Marina, Point Seraphine Duty Free Shopping Complex y la terminal de cruceros y Castries City; así como un indicio de la impresionante región del norte de la isla desde Choc Bay hasta Gros Islet, visible más allá de la pintoresca Península Vigie.

El elegante totalmente amueblado en alquiler L'IXORA APARTAMENTO está envuelto por todo lo que los huéspedes requerirían para una estancia agradable. Great place to stay! John was a great host and answered all of our questions. The unit was prefect for me and my husband. We rented a car so we can see the island. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships from our porch.

We had a wonderful vacation

John and Shelly were very nice and helpful. Property is very clean and apartment was comfortable. Be careful not to damage something because in St Lucia everything is more expensive. We had a wonderful New Year party because Of John who did the reservation. Overall we had an excellent vacation.

Fabulous Location!

The property is clean and quiet. John is very helpful with anything one needs. The location is fabulous. It overlooks a bay and is located near taxis, public transportation mini vans, and the Sandals Resort on a nice public access beach. Thanks again for a terrific stay!

tres chaleureusement accueilli par le proprietaire , disponible a notre ecoute - rien a dire sur l appartement a l interieur comme a l exterieur , vue magnifique sur la baie de castrie et tres proche de l aeroport d ou une tres belle plage juste a cote - avons passe un exellent sejour a sainte lucie et l ideal serait de prendre une semaine pour bien visiter cette ile - ( a vous chausser de baskets pour mieux visiter le paysage....) merci Mrs John Douglas

Great Views!

Very Clean and comfortable surroundings. Enjoyed watching the cruise ships coming and going. John and Shirley helpful. DO consider the upgrade to SUV than economy car if you plan to drive the island. Steep and curvy roads. Nice that Sandals is directly across the road. They allow you to use their beach. Overall nice stay. Cant ask for much more in an affordable rental on St. Lucia.

Awesome view and great location!

Our stay at Bay View Apartment was relaxing and felt like home. We ate most of our meals there. We stayed in the middle apartment and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view was beautiful! It overlooked the bay and we would see the cruise ships quietly come in while eating breakfast on our front porch in the mornings. The apartment was quiet. It was a nice central location to go north to Rodney Bay area or go south to Marigot Bay or Soufriere. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach in the Sandals Resort. The couch was uncomfortable, but John was going to fix it. John and Shirley were wonderful hosts, very cheerful and willing to give you ideas of what to see and do. Be sure to visit the Pink Plantation restaurant. It was declicious! It is about 6 minutes from the place, but ask John or Shirley how to get there. We would highly recommend this place to stay when visiting Saint Lucia.

Nice apartment with very helpful host

The apartment is small and simple but this is what we needed. We rented a car and stayed in only for nights. There is no attractions within walking distance, so I would say that a car is must. I found our host very nice, polite and helpful. He was always there for us with good advice. I like St. Lucia for its beauty and many attractions to offers for its small size.

the way to see the local people and places

My wife and I just got back from two weeks at john and shirley's place. It was clean and quite. The area which is a port and the capital has boats going in and out taking tourist on adventures and occasional cruise boats come in the morning. Those big boats are fun to watch and they glide by noiselessly. We rented a car with John's help ( he gets you a discount ). Just remember keep it on the left! The locals are very friendly. We went to local restaurants and bars and felt secure. No hassles. If I ever go back to St. Lucia I'd stay there again. It's ok to haggle with the locals for better prices. We used the kitchen for breakfast and usually ate lunch and dinner out but did some cooking at dinner also. All the beaches are different and accessible to the public even if it has a resort there. So we had a great time, we defintately recommend this adventure.

Fantastic stay, great location close to beach and town

My fiance and I could not enjoy our stay more than we did at Bayside Villa. John and Shirley were very welcoming and the apartment we rented easily felt like home. The unit itself was very clean and we had all the utensils we needed to cook our own meals. Upon our arrival, Anthony picked us up. If you are looking for someone to take you around St. Lucia and do not wish to rent the car or take the bus, definitely book Anthony for your trip. He is friendly and very patient and will easily stay around until you are finished your tour or adventure booking. John and Shirley answered all of our questions and were more than happy to answer questions we had about the island (best way to travel to Soufriere, Pigeon Island, Marigot Bay). The night we arrived, John drove us to and from a restaurant (free of charge) in the town of Castries. We had dinner with another guest who stayed at the Villa (we arrived relatively at the same time) and had a wonderful evening. The Villa itself is located right across the Sandals resort in Castries. It's about a 10 minute walk to the public beach (you need to enter the Sandals premises but someone there will steer you in the right direction). If you wish to start your morning with a cup of coffee or tea or unwind with a beer or a glass of wine, this apartment has an incredible view. We were treated one night especially to a spectacular view. John and Shirley do have a couple of dogs but they are trained to stay away. If the pets do approach you and you are not a dog person, they are extremely friendly. One can easily avoid them if they do not want the attention. :) Thank you again for a great stay!

The property was everything you could have asked for! Beautiful touches. You'll probably want to get a rental car because its close to the beach but a little further for the night life. Wonderful place to relax and the view of the Bay and Castries was amazing. Highly recommended. The owners were so kind! Thanks guys! We won't forget your hospitality!

Home away from home

We had a great visit to St. Lucia thanks to John and Shirley. The apartment was beautiful, clean and well situated. From beginning to end of our stay, our hosts made sure our visit was enjoyable. From pick ups and drop offs at the airport, to suggestions about places to see, to "above and beyond" help with a car rental, we always felt we were in good hands. Whether you want to stay local, walk to the beach and use public transport to go to town or rent a car and see the island, Bayside Villa is a great place to be.

best place ever

my husband and i stayed at bayside villa for six weeks .buses were easy to get and in exspensive. we used cabs for me the hill was steep .most of stlucia is on hills .thats where you rent .the apartment was imaculate clean very pretty .i dont think you can find a better deal in beautiful st.lucia.the pictures dont do it justice .its easy to get around .the hill was steep but manageable .for us is cheaper to take cab than when we were used to renting cars ,we got to really be friends with our cab driver tony .he was awesome people everywhere were warm and friendly .john and shirley felt like family .for me it was the nicest vacation i have ever been on i have traveled the carribien .the dogs on the property were friendly .i never had a problem with barking .i enjoyed the dogs .they usualy stayed in front .seeing them felt homey.the resteraunts were good espicially the coal pot .i would recomend beautiful beaches .being able to cook at home .i would come back there .it is a beautiful !!!!

Relaxing, clean and safe, absolutely no worries

We left the winter-cold Toronto, Canada and and arrived to balmy St.Lucia a few hours later, staying in La Rose apartment in Bayside Villa in January. The bay views from the terrace are breathtaking and very relaxing with sail boats, fishing boats and huge cruise ships gliding right by, you could really enjoy your morning coffee and all hours just enjoying the view. The cruise ships leaving at dusk with all lights glittering and majestically gliding through the calm sea is just like a scene from a movie... We really had fun taking local mini buses to bustling city centre, it is very cheap and you only need to wait less than 5 min. at any given time and it only takes another 5 min. to get there. Almost every day we went to the huge local market buying fresh veggies, fruits and fish: cooking was easy in the apartment's fully equipped kitchen. The villa is clean, safe and comfortable, we did not even need to use air conditioning, since sleeping with open windows is totally safe. Owners Shirley and John are the best, they know everything about St.Lucia, excellent info when we needed. An easy place to take day trips anywhere on the island! This was our second stay at the Bayside Villa!!! So you know it is good!!!
