Casa Vista se compone de una espaciosa villa con modernas comodidades, ubicada entre las pintorescas vistas de la bahía de Marigot y el Mar Caribe y las exuberantes montañas de los alrededores. Casa Vista es ideal para parejas, solteros o amigos que desean pasar tiempo de calidad juntos. Está equipado con habitaciones con baño privado, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, cocina bien equipada con todas las comodidades modernas, césped bien cuidado y piscina privada. Casa Vista ofrece magníficas vistas de la bahía y la costa. Los huéspedes pueden relajarse y disfrutar de la relativa comodidad de la piscina exclusivamente privada con una terraza bañada por el sol.

Casa Vista: "El hogar con vista" se encuentra a 2 a 5 minutos a pie del paseo marítimo de la bahía de Marigot, Castries en la isla de Santa Lucía, en el Caribe. La villa es bastante espaciosa (tanto en interiores como en exteriores) y se abre a algunas de las vistas más magníficas del mar azul del Caribe y sus alrededores. La villa tiene una ubicación única, ya que está encaramada con vistas a las impresionantes vistas de la bahía de Marigot y el paseo marítimo con vistas a las montañas. Ernie & Verlinda welcomed us in person and shared all the useful information regarding the accommodations. The place was modern, clean, provided plenty of room and of course had a spectacular view of Marigot Bay. The outdoor space included a secluded large deck with table and chairs for dining and also loungechairs to enjoy after a dip in the pool. Would definitely stay here again in the 2 bedroom apartment.

Wonderful and Restful

A great VRBO. clean, comfortable and the hosts, Ernie and Verlinda were fantastic. It’s a bit secluded and does take a bit of effort to get to the beach but this was made clear in the description so not a negative. Having a car would have been more useful for us to get around but this was a great trip.

New Year in Marigot Bay

Casa Vista is an extremely comfortable and relaxing property with fabulous views of Marigot Bay. Our hosts Ernie and Verlinda were very welcoming and the apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. Fabby our very friendly and amenable taxi driver took us all over the north of the island. Relaxed Dive Week

We had a lovely stay with Verlinda and Ernie who are wonderful hosts. The house is just up the hill from Marigot Bay with an amazing deck and wonderful views. The house is absolutely perfect for four adults. We did five days of diving with Fair Helen and we walked each day down to the docks where we could meet the Fair Helen Dive boat by 10:00 am. We were able to drive around the island and we visited Pigeon Island, Botanic Gardens, and Sugar Beach. We had a relaxed and very enjoyable week.

Great place to stay

This villa is very well equipt with modern appliances and two large comfortable rooms ( king size beds) with ensuites. The ouside deck has a beautiful view of Marigot Bay, a nice clean, cool pool ( which we used several times a day) and a BBQ. Make sure to stock up with supplier on your way from the airport as there is not really a local grocery store with in walking distance. Also not that it is not actually on a walkable beach as you will need to take a 5 minute ferry to the beach.

The home, garden pool and deck are fantastic, the views spectacular! Verlinda and Ernie were super nice and helpful. Marigot Bay is a good midpoint between the Castries and Gros Islet, and the Pitons and delights to the South. Buckle up, the drive is vertiginous...!!

Paradise in Marigot Bay

The property was beautiful and immaculate. The drinks and snacks that were supplied were a welcome site after a long flight. Having drinks on the deck and watching the boats go in and out of the bay was a nice way to unwind. Dolittles by the bay was our favorite hangout. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Just spent 3 glorious weeks at Casa Vista. Amazing view from the comfy chairs on the spacious deck overlooking Marigot Bay. Everything was spotless including the refreshing pool. Ernie and Verlinda are wonderful hosts, so helpful, quick to reply and making sure our needs were met. 5 stars for sure!!

Verlinda greeted us warmly, and allowed us to come in a bit early as the place was ready. The views were amazing of Marigot Bay! Verlinda has stocked the place with anything you could possibly need! The bed was so comfortable the linens were nice, the house was immaculate. We enjoyed going over to the little beach area to access the water sports. We got ourselves a three day pass rather than accessing stuff à la cart. The road up to the villa is quite steep, but a good source of exercise! We enjoyed eating at the mangrove restaurant and Roots 2 for some local fare. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Condo and Scenery

The home was beautiful, very clean and had many amenities that we were very thankful for. We wish we would have know the distance to a main grocery store, although Promise was ok to walk to for supplies. We were informed that the walk to the marina was a bit of a hard walk but didn’t quite realize how steep it was. We did walk it though so were proud of that. Your driver, Fabby was very knowledgeable and helpful and considerate to our needs. Verlinda and Ernie were very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. The view from the deck was gorgeous and the scenery was amazing. We would definitely come back.

This is a great place to spend a vacation. The location is spectacular, and the management of the property is excellent. We arrived one day later due to a flight delay, which forced us to spend a night in Miami. This was communicated to Verlinda, who immediately replied, kept in touch, and sent us directions to Vila. She and her husband greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the property. The apartment has a cozy feel; you will feel like you are at home. The kitchen was well equipped, and Verlinda's response was prompt to any request we had. The patio with a pool provided a relaxing environment and beautiful views of Marrigot Bay. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore St. Lucia. Thank you, Verlinda, for your hospitality!

House with view! Verlinda & Ernie were wonderful hosts. We asked and they delivered answers & solutions. Our part of the house was clean with all the essentials of home. The kitchen and outdoor grill allows you to cook at home easily. The neighborhood gives you the ability to walk to restaurants and a beach. When at the house we spent much of our time on the deck and in the pool. The deck is situated right off the kitchen and had chairs, tables loungers, etc. available for us. Driving on the island is challenging with many curves & switchbacks! Believe your navigation app when it tells you 10 miles will take you 35-45 minutes! Highly recommend this property and the owners!

Marigot Bay Gem

My partner and I stayed for a week at Casa Vista. What a perfect place--immaculate, well-appointed and modern. The property and the apartment are absolutely beautiful! We appreciated the start-up staples, snacks and beverages upon our arrival; so very thoughtful and welcomed after a long flight. The property is secure, safe, and in a great location pretty much in the center of the main cities to the north and south on the western coast of the island. If you aren't up for the driving, you can take a nice (aerobic) 6 minute walk down to Marigot Bay where there are a few restaurants and a 5 min. ferry ride across to Marigot Beach and Doolittles. Also, down at the Marigot Bay, there is "JJ's Touring" where you can set up optional excursions and tours of the island. We loved the spacious deck and comfy lounge chairs where we would enjoy morning coffee watching the sailboats in the harbor and then glass of wine watching the sun set and later the sparkling stars and lights of the sailboats bobbing gently up and down in the bay. The views day and night at Casa Vista are gorgeous!. The hosts were so kind and approachable. We barraged them with questions and always got immediate responses. They are absolutely the best and we thank Verlinda and Ernie for sharing their little piece of paradise with us!!

Casa Vista is a "Ten"

We, 2 couples had a fantastic week at Casa Vista. The hosts Verlinda and Ernie were super friendly, easy to deal with and had our interests and vacation in mind the whole time. The property worked for as a group as the bedrooms had some separation giving us our space. The kitchen was appointed with new appliances and everything needed to cook our own meals etc. The deck and pool area was large and well equipped with lounges and a table with chairs for meals. At any point in the day there was both sun and shade. The pool itself was a welcome treat for cooling down in. We were happy with the cleanliness of the suite and the quality of all it offered. We would not hesitate to stay here again on subsequent visits to St Lucia

This unique property is located in a quaint Marigot Bay community close to the waterfront and business amenities with breathe-taking scenic views to enjoy. The close proximity to the beach and ocean is an added bonus to both visitors and owners. The ambiance of relaxing with a drink of your choice (wine/coffee/tea) on the deck or veranda whilst enjoying the sunrise, sunset, yachts, or the beautiful warm blue waters of the Caribbean Sea surrounded by green lush mountains - its all an added bonus!!!
