. Pet Policy

Service animals are always welcome and exempt from pet fees and restrictions. These animals are trained to perform specific tasks related to a disability (e.g., guiding the blind, alerting the deaf, assisting with seizures or mobility). They must remain with their handler at all times.

Note: Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under ADA or Florida law and must comply with our regular pet policy. In Florida, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor. Pets must never be left unattended inside or outside the home.

Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without refund and a fine of up to $1,500 for damages or policy violation.

We take inventory after each stay. Missing items (like towels or décor) are charged at double replacement cost.
