Welcome to Ocean Serenity, a 22nd-floor beachfront retreat at Tidewater Beach Resort. This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers breathtaking, unobstructed Gulf views from the private balcony. Located in the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, this condo provides the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience, just minutes from Pier Park, local dining, and entertainment. Guests at Tidewater Beach Resort enjoy premium amenities, including two lagoon pools, an indoor heated pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, and direct beachfront access. Spend your days sunbathing on the sugar-white sand, exploring the nearby attractions, or unwinding on your balcony while watching stunning Gulf sunsets.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Inside, the master bedroom features a king bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed and a bunk bed, making it ideal for families or couples. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything needed for home-cooked meals, and the in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience. Whether you're seeking a romantic escape, a family getaway, or a relaxing beach retreat, Ocean Serenity offers the perfect setting for your next Panama City Beach vacation.

Parking:

All guests must pre-register with the resort! Preregistering means wristbands are programmed and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the Tidewater registration desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. You’ll find this registration desk just inside the walkway doors, on the second floor.

The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit. The cost for such passes is listed below.

Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Tidewater registration desk, located right inside the doors from the crosswalk. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.

Parking restrictions: No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner’s/renter’s expense.

Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Tidewater registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property.

The Tidewater Beach Resort Registration Fee is $50.29 including Florida taxes. This includes 2 parking permits and 4 armbands. PREREGISTRATION FEES (preregister must occur more than 24 hours in advance of arrival). LATE REGISTRATION FEES are higher.

Welcome to Tidewater Beach Resort, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a prime location just 15 minutes from ECP Airport. Tidewater’s onsite amenities include two outdoor pools (not heated) overlooking the Gulf, one heated indoor pool, two spa whirlpools, a fitness center, steam room, and sauna. Guests are within walking distance of Pier Park, featuring more than 100 shops, restaurants, and attractions — including The Grand IMAX Theater and Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show. Frank Brown Park, just a short drive away, offers more than 200 acres of sports fields, playgrounds, and walking trails.
  
Other details to note:
 
Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on Tidewater Resort property. The replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $25 plus tax.
 
All guests must use the Walkover, as instructed by the Project Manager, for the Front Beach Road project.
 
Trash chutes cannot be stuffed with cardboard boxes or other forms of large debris. Prior to disposal in the chutes, please bag any trash. All large items in need of disposal must be taken off site. Violators who are caught dumping trash inappropriately may be fined by the association and/or reported to local law enforcement.
 
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
 
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
 
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

One And Done

Check in for Everyone is 4 p.m. therefore creating chaos and long lines (some as much as 2 hours)waiting for the elevators. 30 floors of everyone having the same check-in time is ridiculous. This problem could easily be solved by staggering check-in times. Registration Desk Employees were extremely rude. The Security Staff was excellent. Overall the condo was nice. The bed was terrible. Like the title says. One And Done. We will never stay at Tidewater again!!!
