Relax in comfort together at this peaceful condo! Featuring new flooring and living room furniture, there's a lot to enjoy at this condo by the bay. You can even enjoy a partial bay view from the private furnished balcony! Family-friendly amenities like a private washer/dryer and an eat-in dining area will make the whole trip run smoother. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up delicious vacation meals, including the all-important dishwasher. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable. In addition to being close to lots of attractions, guests will also be able to enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill.

The condo sleeps 4 with a queen in the primary bedroom and 2 twins in 2nd bedroom. Beach access is across the street at John Beasley park. The park offers 2 pavilions, swimming, fishing, boardwalk access to the beach and restrooms. It also offers guest 200 parking spaces and 8 handicap parking spaces. There is also a private sandy beach area on the bayside for Hermitage guests to use.
