Grand Haven offers a professionally designed luxury retreat and mid century modern charm. Designed for long term stays, its central location is a short walk to the metro, large parks & downtown Vienna. The home is fully equipped as your comfortable home away from home. Work from home in the dedicated office. Cook with high end appliances. Enjoy the magical private yard from the outdoor swing or fire pit. Workout on the Peloton before a family competition on the Nintendo Switch or the arcade.
Three spacious levels and a fully fenced landscaped yard with outdoor dining area, pergola with hanging swing, and outdoor fire pit.
The main floor features the living room with TV, dedicated office with printer, formal dining room, half bath, light-filled sunroom with TV and breakfast nook, and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the bells & whistles (Vitamix blender, Kitchenaid Mixer, Air Fryer, Slow Cooker, Double Oven, & High Quality Knives.)
On the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms. The Master has a King bed, 1 Walk-in Closet and 2nd Cedar Closet & a TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds, a walk in closet, and a desk. These 2 bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.
The lower level features an exercise area including a Peloton bike with the monthly all access Peloton subscription included, a game room featuring Nintendo Switch, Foosball, and an Arcade, a bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub, and the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. Note that this 3rd bedroom is located far away from the other 2 bedrooms and thus is not best for children who need to be near parents. There is also a separate storage room in the basement for those who need excess storage.
The home' central location can't be beat! Walk to the Vienna/Fairfax Metro Station and to downtown Vienna. 3 minutes from I-66 and the 495 beltway. Parking available in the home's gravel driveway for standard cars, SUV's and pickup trucks.
The home is equipped with gigabit Verizon Fios WIFI and 4 TVs ranging in size up to 72". We provide several streaming services for your enjoyment (HULU, HBO MAX, ESPN +, Paramount Plus, Disney Plus, and Netflix.)
All linens and kitchenware provided. Washer & dryer on the lower level. At this time, we are only accepting reservations that begin within 2 weeks of the prior reservation.
