You’re also about 10 minutes from Six Flags Waterpark and Desert Mirage Golf Course. Spring Training for the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres is held at the Peoria Sports Complex.

Every bedroom in the house has Smart TVs with cable access. The home also includes internet/WiFi and 24-hour check-in with a Smart Lock (No key needed). It’s a family-friendly home with board games, a playpen, and high chairs available.

The pool also has a waterfall with new LED lights.
As soon as you walk inside the kitchen, you’re greeted by a breathtaking custom 12-person quartz waterfall table, built-in Samsung stainless steel appliances, and a 36-inch GE profile gas cooktop.
In the family room, master bedroom, and game room, you’ll find a 70-inch TV in EACH ROOM. The home features 11 TVs throughout and TVs in every bedroom. There’s also a 55-inch TV outside.
The bathrooms feature beautiful custom-made tile in every bathroom (5.5 bathrooms). 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. In the master, you have a stunning black soaking tub and a rainfall showerhead. All bathrooms have rainfall showerheads.
Each bedroom has its own TV with cable access and hotel-quality mattresses and sheets. Each bedroom includes wall receptacles with USB ports next to the lamps, allowing you to charge your devices, tablets, or other smart devices faster than a normal power outlet (3.4 amps).

Scheduling and payment for heating service is best completed at the time of your initial booking, however this can be added up to 3 days before check-in. The pool is heated to 80 degrees and typically takes 3 full days to warm. This fee is non-refundable, pleases evaluate the weather during your stay and decide if you want the pool heated. We do not offer the option to heat the pool partially during your stay.
**Please note: On homes we manage with a built-in spa, the pool must be heated to use the spa. We do not offer the option to only heat the only built in spa.
Please note that access to the garage and one closet in the home is restricted for storage purposes. You are welcome to use the white towels from inside the home for the pool and lounge chairs, as we do not offer separate pool towels. All linens and towels are white, as we operate similarly to a hotel, ensuring cleanliness and no hidden dirt.
The home is professionally staged, and decorative items are removed to avoid clutter. The outdoor fire bowls used for staging have been removed.
For sanitation reasons, we do not supply pool floats. Extra umbrellas can be found in the storage shed or behind the white fence; feel free to ask if you need more. Due to Arizona's extreme weather, it’s difficult to keep outdoor furniture, especially cushions, clean. Please be aware that our cleaning staff does not clean the BBQ grill.
Lastly, please note that our team members, including landscaping and pool maintenance crews, may visit the property during your stay. These visits are necessary to maintain the property and cannot be rescheduled.
