Beautiful property

We had a great time here. There was plenty of room for the kids to have activities. The manager was very helpful in settting us up and answering any questions we had. I would definitely reccomend this place to friends and family.

Great Place

Very fun place for our family to stay for the week. Really nice house and out door space for us to hangout. Plenty of activities for the family to have fun with. Moe was very helpful and responsive. Great house and host.

Great Stay!

This house was beautiful, clean, with great amenities! It was a perfect place for multi families. We stayed here for a baseball tournament with our team. It was perfect for all age kiddos! Owner was very quick to reply to all questions we had. Overall it was a great experience!

Great family property

We are very thankful to Moe for hosting our family while we enjoyed Lake Pleasant. There were a couple times we had questions about house items, and he was available to help us. We had plenty of parking space for our boat and jet skis as well, so that was extremely nice.

Great place to relax

We booked this house for a spring break trip with friends. We had 9 teenagers and they were never bored between the pool/spa, pool table, basketball court and just hanging out. Moe was great to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly what was described. Could use a little more bathroom tissue for so many people. Best to arrive in the daylight front door is a little dark.

Entertainment for days!

Amazing pool and all the games were also. The house was exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was quick and he was always ready to fix anything I needed. All instructions were clear. So much space! Great location to everything.

Spacious, clean and private.

Stayed here on a boys trip for spring training. Didn’t stay indoors much but when we did, the house had everything you can ask for. A little funky where it is located with the dirt roads and all but we didn’t let that bother us. Left some goodies behind so I’m sure the next renter will enjoy... Thanks again Mo for letting us stay at your home.

A nice getaway

The house was quite grand in size with plenty of room to lounge and spread out. Our kids loved playing pool and foosball and spending time in the pool. The master shower was pretty awesome with the dual shower heads. We didn't try out the master jacuzzi but it looked inviting. The pool was awesome! Only bummer was the owner did not have the hot tub warmed up so it was the same temp as the pool. We bought some pool floaties and left them for the next guests.

Great Property

The focus of our trip was to spend time at the house together, and this was an excellent house for that. Lots of space and a great backyard to hang out and enjoy the good weather. The photos don’t show that there is also a tennis/basketball court in the backyard. Some of the fees were unclear, so just make sure you ask about the cost for heating the pool/hot tub. I also wasn’t aware before booking that we would need to pay both a deposit AND purchase insurance. Moe was communicative and helpful, and it was a great house to stay in. We’d love to stay here again if we are back in the area.

A wonderful stay for a large family!

We really enjoyed our stay! My family heads down for Spring Training (babies, toddlers, couples in their 30's and senior citizens) and this house did not disappoint. The hosts were wonderful, a set of in-laws arrived early and they were there to greet them and visited for almost an hour. They gave us a tour of the property. The pool and the hot tub were controlled by a smart phone and were the perfect temperature. The separate MIL suite was great for the family members who didn't want to be woken up by the children in the morning. Plenty of parking, well stocked kitchen + bathroom, lots of beach towels for the pool. We enjoyed the toddler toys that were included and the ping pong table in the garage. In a great neighborhood close to the Peoria Sports Complex. We took a walk in the morning and the neighborhood was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend this beautiful property!

Great group getaway

We just returned from a long weekend with 14 people at this wonderful Peoria house. It is truly like staying at your own mini resort. It looks just like the pictures, with plenty of room to spread out while also providing plenty of spaces to gather as a group. The kitchen was very well-stocked and comfortable for cooking. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great and there were even floaties in the garage to use. Moe and his wife were super-responsive and helpful. We had a problem with air conditioning in the "annex" on the first night and they dealt with it right away. The location was perfect for us because it was a short drive to see family in Sun City, and there are plenty of grocery stores around. Otherwise, it isn't an especially exciting part of the Valley and it's far from the airport, but that's not important when you have your own resort to enjoy!

Excellent Golf Week

Very nice, very large home with all the necessary amenities. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was very accommodating. A little bit out of the way but easy access to major highways. Overall, a great stay.

Great place!

The house is huge and fits big groups well - communication with the owner/property manager was great. We had an issue with one of the smoke detectors the first night and he was quick to have it fixed. Thank you Moe, we had a great time!

Great Golf Trip

Amazing time in a gorgeous home

The home is more beautiful in person and even larger than we anticipated. There was more than enough space for our group to spread out and enjoy every bit of the space. Communication with the owner was wonderful and the entire home was spotless when we arrived. Our expectations were exceeded and we'd definitely stay here again.

Great Property

This is a perfect set up for a big family. We celebrated Christmas with our extended family and were very happy with the house. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the bonus for us was that there was a crib and some baby items for my 6 month old grandson. The outdoor space was very nice. Moe met us for check in and communicated well throughout our stay when we had some questions. Highly recommend!

Indoor games include Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, Foosball, Billiards table, Cornhole, Chess board & Arcade. Chef kitchen, 7 king bedrooms, one bedroom of 2 queen beds, a king bed in common area, one single fold bed, a mattress are for guests.
With both Old-World Castle-Style charm and modern luxury this extravagant home is fully furnished, with 12-16 feet ceiling. The house is located in highly low traffic area and low noise area. You can smell nice desert fresh air where majority houses are built on one acre lots.
