The second bedroom, with a full-sized bed, standard closet, dresser, and nightstand, offers cozy comfort and efficient storage solutions.

The bathroom has a single vanity and a walk-in shower, designed to make your daily routines as smooth as possible. The heart of the home lies in the full kitchen, where culinary creativity can come to life. It has a dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, full-size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and an island for extra prep space, promising enjoyable cooking experiences.

Trash cans due to the curb, but owner pays.

Pet Policy: $30 per pet per month (maximum of 2 pets allowed). Unauthorized pets on the premises will result in a $100 penalty fee.

Pets are welcome but please keep them off the beds and comforters. Thanks for understanding!

Tenant not allowed to run full business with large computer servers. Work from home is fine, but no full blown business.

Quiet hours are 9pm-8 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
