Nestled in Dandridge, Douglas Lake area, this stunning lake cabin can comfortably accommodate 8-10 guests with its 2 bedrooms, sleeping loft and dual sleeper sofas. the first floor has a Master Bedroom with its own bathroom, providing a private sanctuary. Upstairs, you will find the second Master Bedroom and bath, as well as the loft area, which feature two twin trundle beds, an ideal spot for kids to relax after a day full of activities. Additionally two queen sleepers; one in the living room, and the second in the lower level, that it has been designed for fun and relaxation. It includes an indoor poo for swimming year-round, and outdoor hot tub for soaking away your cares, a TV area for immersive movie nights and an arcade room featuring Golden Tee, Mortal Kombat, Pac-Man and a Multicade with over 100 classic arcade games, among other fun games.

Lake Haven offers a brand - new beach area with a nearby dock, perfect for enjoying the lake's beauty and maybe even some fishing rent a boat from nearby Marina to enjoy days on the lake.

Blue Haven isn't just a stunning cabin,it is also a gateway to some of the best attractions in the Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge areas. If you are traveling with kids, do not miss Dollywood Amusement Park, a family favorite with its thrilling rides, entertaining shows, and tasty treats. For shopping head to the Island and a vibrant complex.

FAQ's
1- Is this property handicap accessible? This property is not ADA compliant. There is one small step required to enter the property. However, there is one bedroom an one full bedroom, one half bathroom located on the main level.
2- Do you have cable? All TVs are smart TVs with apps. You can log into you own streaming services for you own entertainment.
3- Do you need to bring your own linens. No, we provide sheets, blankets, towels.There is a washer / dryer to wash the supply we provide during your stay
4- What amenities do you provide?. We provide hand soap, a started set of the following: K-cups, coffee creamer and sweeteners, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish washer detergent and laundry detergent. You may want to bring extra supplies depending on the length of your stay.
5- Is there a Pet fee?. This is a Pet free/ not pet friendly property. There will be a $ 200 per night penalty charge for any pet during your stay.
6- What is the drive there look like? Welcome to the mountains with twist and upward hills. The local roads leading to the community are paved. It is advisable to arrive before sunset as the roads tend to be dimly, making navigation challenging in unfamiliar surroundings at night.
7- Do you decorate for Christmas?, Yes we do!, we love spreading holiday cheer.
