North OC 3bd Condo 1 Block to Beach w/ EVchrg!

Welcome to your perfect vacation location in our spacious 3 bdrm, 2 full and 2 half bath condo in North Ocean City! We outfitted this newly built house to fit a lot of people but also to fit those people comfortably! Not only with access to the beach 1 block away there are many restaurants and activities close by. We have a modern 4k 100" TV for those rainy days and/or stay at home movie nights. Universal electric car charger in the garage for Tesla and other EV’s. A full home away from home!
The space
With only being one block from the beach, this fully equipped newly constructed house will be just the place for your vacation!

Welcome in!

When you walk in the private entrance you will be on the first floor which has a half bath, shoe storage and Murphy bed couch combo! Couch by day, comfortable queen bed by night! Storage around couch available to you.

The garage can be accessed from this first floor as well where you will find the complimentary universal EV charger! One car is permitted to park in the garage while others will have access to free street parking.

All SmartTVs are equipped to access all of your subscribed streaming channels. Google TV is provided.

Kitchen and Living Room:

On the next floor you will find the beautifully open layout of the kitchen and living room along with a half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with all someone needs to cook at home! There is also a high chair provided for any of our little guests to enjoy their meals too!

In the adjoining living room the 100" TV is there for you to enjoy those rainy days or movies with family or friends! The comfortable sectional couch also houses a sofa bed as well. Access to the balcony can be found here as well to get some fresh air and have a cup of coffee from the stocked coffee bar!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Up to the third floor you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

ALL linens, such as sheets, comforters, bath and beach towels are included for use in this rental!

The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and shower bench. A closet is also located in this bathroom with additional towels and necessities. Enjoy a 55" SmartTV located in this bedroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 40" SmartTV to use.

The third bedroom hosts a bunk bed with two full sized mattresses! In this room there is a nostalgic feeling with a mini Super Nintendo set along with some of the classic board games for game night! In this room there access to a closet for storage.

The second full bath on this floor features and tub and shower combo.

This unit can sleep up to 10- 12 people in the 6 provided beds!

Time to sit back and relax!

We will provide you with complimentary Wi-Fi, the linens, kitchen supplies as well as the basics of trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and extra toilet paper in all bathrooms to get you started; now all you need to do is enjoy what our beautiful OCMD has to offer!

For beach days, you will find a beach cart, beach chairs and sand toys in the garage! However, while we provide bath towels, we do not provide beach towels. There will be hooks on the walls to hang any wet towels or bathing suits to dry as well.

In the front of the house there will also be a hose there to rinse off those sandy toes from a walk on the beach!

Trash can be thrown out in the provided community oversized trash bins off 142nd St. or Coastal Hwy.

There are a plethora of options for Things-To-Do around town! We will be sure to leave some of our favorite recommendations for you to enjoy!
Guest access
Guess will have access to the whole house with private entrance and garage for one car to park. Free street parking available.

Unique digital passcode will be provided for entry at the time of stay that will change at check out.

Other things to note
Ocean City ordinance: The Mayor and City Council have adopted a Noise Control Ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of Mental Health and Hygiene of the State of Maryland , and that any guest causing or permitting these noise levels to be exceeded shall be subject to immediate removal or eviction.
