The home includes a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• There is a propane grill available for guest use and we provide the propane. There is no charcoal or charcoal grill provided.

• This home does NOT provide snorkeling gear.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles in a shared circular driveway. Parking passes must be displayed on vehicles rear view mirror or dash.

• A noise monitor is installed in the living room (measuring decimals only, no audio recordings).
