Si está buscando un condominio ideal para familias y lejos del ajetreado centro de la ciudad, pero aún ofrece mucho a poca distancia, ¡aquí está! 1 cuadra de la playa, 1/2 cuadra de Dealy Park, 1 1/2 cuadras de la bahía !!! Tan pronto como cruces la entrada trasera privada, quedarás asombrado por el amplio diseño que ofrece este condominio. Zona de estar acogedora y abierta con techos altos, una acogedora chimenea de leña, televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared y cálidos pisos de madera en todo. Junto con el piso de madera más nuevo, este condominio cuenta con una cocina de diseño que se actualizó en 2014 con encimeras de granito, gabinetes, placa para salpicaduras de azulejos personalizados y luces de bajo del gabinete. También en su área principal es una mesa de comedor y asientos adicionales en el mostrador. Un área perfecta para el entretenimiento! Este condominio cuenta con tres dormitorios y dos baños completos. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño completo privado. Dos habitaciones para huéspedes, una con acceso directo a la terraza. ¡El dormitorio de la terraza tiene una cama con forma de pirámide doble con muebles completamente nuevos! La otra habitación tiene 2 camas individuales. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV, hay 4 televisores en total. 1 TV tiene DVD y el otro tiene Blu-ray con WiFi para Netflix, Hulu, etc. El baño principal se encuentra en el pasillo entre las habitaciones de huéspedes y también tiene una nueva lavadora y secadora apilables. Baños actualizados con nuevos tocadores y grifería. 2 lugares de estacionamiento en la parte trasera de la propiedad. ¡Gran valor para esta parte de Sea Isle City! Nuestra casa de playa es ideal para familias. Desde mediados de junio hasta el fin de semana del Día del Trabajo, solo aceptamos alquileres semanales de sábado a sábado.
No podemos aceptar alquileres grupales, alquileres de una semana para personas mayores debido a las pautas de la asociación de propietarios.

This trip came together a bit last minute, and we felt so lucky to find this property! When I inquired about booking, I mentioned that we were traveling with our teenage sons to celebrate my 50th birthday and Mother’s Day. When we arrived, we were greeted with a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday and Mother’s Day, along with a bottle of wine. It was such a thoughtful gesture—simple, but truly above and beyond—and very much appreciated.The house was perfect for our family. We stayed in and cooked dinner our first night and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Both the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Also, rental furniture can sometimes be uncomfortable, but the living room furniture was incredibly cozy and perfect for relaxing as a family of four.The only constructive feedback we have is that the house could probably use a deeper cleaning in a few areas. It was generally clean, but the coffee table and some bedroom furniture needed a quick dusting. It also looked like there had been some previous water damage on the ceiling that could use a fresh coat of paint.We also didn’t notice an outdoor shower or hose, which might be something to consider for summer beach stays. That said, I would absolutely stay here again. The proximity to the beach was excellent, the décor was lovely, and having two bathrooms was a huge bonus.CJ and Lin made us feel incredibly welcome, and their hospitality added to what was already a very special weekend.

Great condo, great location

The condo is nice and in a great location, close to the beach. There is ample seating for watching tv or dining. The kitchen has everything you need and check in was simple. The bedrooms were great and the neighborhood was quiet at night. I highly recommend staying here. We had a really nice stay.

Had a great time. The location was perfect with being near to a playground for my kids and the beach, shopping/ dining. The owners were very responsive to any and all my questions. Would definitely rent from them again!

Cozy and comfortable location; convenient to beach, stores, and restaurants. The dedicated parking spot (off-street) might be a little tight if you have a larger vehicle (minivan).

Great for us

Small place, but we just used the house to sleep and shower. Beds were comfortable and the showers were clean and had nice water pressure. Great location, very close to the beach and the grocery store.

Close to beach, very comfortable!

Our family enjoyed a long weekend getaway at this charming condo, just a short walk to the beach. Easy access, comfortable accommodations, very updated with TVs in every room, and everything you could need right here. We spent most of the weekend on the beach, biking, or getting take out (highly recommend Marianne bakery and A Modo Mio). There were beach tags, a cart, chairs and a few kids toys here for us. CJ and his family were excellent hosts and very responsive leading up to the vacation. We would highly recommend this condo - it has all a small family needs for a short vacation down the shore. Thank you!

Great place!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend in September. The place was very clean and nice. The area was quiet and parking was fine. I had emailed the owners about a couple of things and they were so nice and responsive. The place was in the perfect location for us, a block and a half from the beach. We stayed during the off season but even in season it would have been nice. There was plenty of street parking. The Acme and CVS are within walking distance. There was breakfast, lunch, and dinner options within walking distance as well. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Polar Bear Plunge 2020

We stayed here for Polar Bear Plunge weekend and it was perfect! The location is great, the unit was clean and comfortable, and checking in and out was a breeze. We could not have asked for more! The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend this rental to others!
