The house was wonderful. The roof top deck was amazing and offered beautiful views of the ocean. Short/easy access to the beach was a definite plus. Make sure you park on the left side of the duplex and not on the right side. The rental portion is not labeled.

Our family’s stay in Sea Isle City was truly memorable, spanning three generations who all enjoyed the unbeatable location just steps from the beach and promenade. The house itself was spacious and inviting, with comfortable rooms, an open kitchen perfect for gathering, and a spectacular roof deck where we shared coffee in the mornings and enjoyed dinner in the evenings. Even when a hurricane swept through, the home became a cozy haven—filled with laughter from board games and the warmth of movie nights, turning stormy weather into some of our favorite moments. The hosts’ attentive care and excellent communication made us feel right at home. This rental is ideal for families of any age, offering the perfect blend of location, comfort, and hospitality—we left with full hearts and wonderful memories, already looking forward to our next visit. Bring bikes for the kids and be ready for them to have the time of their lives!

Awesome vacation!

The house was better than described. Everything was clean. The property was organized and really modern. The access to the beach was quick and easy but more importantly we loved staying close to the promenade. This was our first experience at this end of the island and it was great to be close to a safe spot for kids to ride their bikes. All in all we had a great experience!!!

Amazing location and home

Our stay was so nice, the owner went above and beyond. He contacted me and let us know we could could checking when ever we wanted because of a vacancy. He also kept us updated about the hurricane that was passing by. The home is adorable and super clean. It is walking distance to the restaurants etc. But the best part is you can see the beach and bay from the upper deck,. We spent many hours out there or the front deck. Thank you for sharing your mazing home with us.

Great location and space

We really enjoyed our long weekend, despite the weather. The location is great and the deck has great views of the water. As long as you are prepared to bring a few essentials (sheets, towels, soap), I would highly recommend Nick’s house.

Great Location

The house was perfect for our girls weekend! The property is so close to the beach and the roof top deck was a great hang out spot in the evening. The host, Nick, was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely book this place again.

Great location!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Just a few houses from the beach, promenade, and mini golf. The house was clean, and well stocked with things that we needed. Room enough for everyone in our family. Would definitely recommend!

Love The beach

I was so happy to finally get to Sea isle waited all summer to just relax an have fun. EXTREMELY disappointed in how was told place was gonna be. Did a walk through before we rented was told it was gonna be painted didn’t happen .. ok so no biggie . Many things wrong Very dirty I had to clean it before we even started the vacation. Vent cruddy outlet not working screen door on upstairs deck light also didn’t work. Main bathroom disgusting. Kitchen not well equipped but that did matter oven couldn’t be use couldn’t tell if on what temp it was at. The grill one big grease pit all the food we brought with us had to come home with us ridiculous !!!! Deck off the living lEXTREMELY UNSAFE loose floor boards an spindles we were afraid to let our kids out on it. Coffee maker had mold in it.the kitchen stink was yellow clean it with Clorox an elbow grease like the shower an wow it was really white . The lil ones couldn’t take bathes them tub stopper didn’t work. First room off the front tv didn’t work an looked like someone just threw everything in there. Also closet up in the kitchen wow what a crap room an Liguria all over the floor . Detached smoke alarm . My family an I have come down the shore all our lives never stayed at a place like this. We made the best of it an managed with six lil one to have fun an be safe while staying here Many things need to be addressed. Safety first !!!! For your next renter …

Excellent location, needs updating

We had a nice stay in Sea Isle City and property was close to beach, shops and restaurants. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms need updating and bedrooms needed to be cleaner. I hadn't realized that I needed to bring linens because I didn't get the detailed information until late in the afternoon before having to request before arrival. Owner was responsive but we needed to go buy linens when we got there.

I knew this property was a home run when I saw the location. Close enough to the "action" of downtown Sea Isle but far enough from some of the noise. You can park for the week and never get back in your car again if you want!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The rooftop deck is the main attraction at this house. From the roof you have full views of the beach/ocean - kick back with a cocktail and enjoy the sunset in the evening or wake up early with a cup of coffee to catch a beautiful sunrise over the ocean.
