Tucked in the heart of Victorian Village, Wilber B is a remodeled, stylish apartment with touches of classic architecture with contemporary comfort. This two-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat features 12-foot ceilings and a welcoming foyer with a winding staircase that leads up to the main living space—complete with a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bath.
The primary bedroom exudes comfort with a king-sized bed, blackout curtains, and a 40` smart TV—perfect for movie marathons or lazy mornings. The second bedroom doesn’t skimp either, with a cozy queen bed, blackout curtains, and another 40` smart TV, giving everyone a great place to relax and recharge. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans as well!
The fully stocked kitchen features a breakfast bar with seating for four, plus a dinette can be found off the living room for casual meals or takeout nights. You’ll have all the essentials you need to cook, dine, and feel right at home.
The living room is bright and inviting, offering ample seating, natural light, and a 50` smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of work or exploring the city. A full bathroom provides everything you need to refresh and unwind.
Parking is easy with free on-street options or on the parking pad behind the building.

*Victorian Village is one of Columbus, Ohio’s most cherished historic neighborhoods, celebrated for its beautifully preserved 19th-century architecture, tree-lined streets, and vibrant community spirit. Situated just north of downtown and adjacent to the lively Short North Arts District, the area offers residents and visitors a unique blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. At its heart lies Goodale Park, the city`s oldest public park, providing a serene green space for relaxation and community events like ComFest. The neighborhood`s walkability, coupled with its proximity to The Ohio State University and downtown Columbus, makes it an ideal location for those seeking a dynamic yet picturesque urban experience.

Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance. • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. $1,000 fine for any evidence. • Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation. • Long stays require a signed lease, professional cleanings, and HOA agreement (if applicable). • Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras. • Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE • Please treat the property as you would your own home. • Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors. • In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours. • No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved. • The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY • No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside). • Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc. • Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation. • Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed. • Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE • Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash. • Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering. • We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing. • For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately. • Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS • 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in. • Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance. • If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook. • Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
PET POLICY • No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits. • For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200). • For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet. • Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees. • All pets must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet. • Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. • Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation, and removal.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR • Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points. • Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices. • Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation. • Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported. • Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS • Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft. • We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed.
