Cozy 2BR w/ Backyard Fun + Dog Friendly - sleeps 6

Newly renovated cozy Vancouver daylight-basement home w/2 bedrooms/1 bath, heated floors, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, cook-ready kitchen, toys/games, private driveway w/yard, small BBQ and outdoor tables/chairs, cornhole in the yard, and is pet friendly! The couch in the living room pulls out into a Queen bed, for total sleeping space for 6 people!

Within walking distance of public transit, 6 mins to Vancouver Waterfront, 20 mins to Ilani Casino, 13 mins to PDX airport, 18 mins to Portland, 75 mins to Mt Hood, and 14mins to Ridgefield Amphitheater. Outside: outdoor dining area with table/chairs/umbrella. Cornhole (bean bag toss game) set up, grassy area for pets or picnics, long gravel driveway for lots of in-driveway parking. Quiet, walkable neighborhood with nearby playgrounds, parks, gardens, and local food and shopping.

Bedding: Extra pillows, blankets, and sheets in the living room closet. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains installed. 4 pillows of various firmness on both beds with an additional 8 pillows in living room closet. Comforters washed after EVERY guest. Beds have protective covers on mattresses and pillows for added cleanliness.

Kids items: Toys, crafts, games, cards, and books in the coffee-bar cupboards. Plastic kid-friendly dishes, hot coco and snacks put out for every guest. Fun popcorn containers and popcorn supplied for a movie night in.

Supplies: paper, pens, extra chargers, extension cords, batteries, extra pet supplies (leash, bed, blankets, treats, dishes), first-aid kit, Tupperware, soaps, makeup remover, lotions, disposable razors, hair dryer, hangers, and other amenities in unit waiting for you.

Airflow: portable fans, AirPurp Powerful HEPA Air Purifier (top rated 2025 air purifier), windows that open for fresh air, bathroom fan, stove fan, central AC/heat, and heated floors.

Smoking is ONLY allowed OUTSIDE 10' or more from home, per Washington regulations. Do NOT smoke in the home please. Please dispose of all smoking debris in large trash bins out by street. If smoke is detected in the unit in any way, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.

Very nice basement apartment

Sweet 2 bedroom 1bath accommodation with full kitchen and lots of extras. Owner is very responsive and thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Quiet, Beautiful, good location from I-5

Good overnight stay for myself, my daughter/spouse, and their 5 y.o. and the dog! Its like a home away from home, and the coffee/tea and snacks was very appreciated.

This basement apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable, equipped with everything a family might need (we loved the jigsaw puzzles!) and impeccably clean. We especially liked that everything is new and in perfect working order. The home is quiet and cool with ample parking and the owners are friendly and considerate. We had a wonderful weekend, and would definitely stay here again!

Convenient Spot for a Short Stay

I stayed here for a quick trip to visit family, and it served its purpose well. The location was convenient with easy access to freeways and nearby shops and restaurants. Everything was as expected, simple, clean, and just what I needed for a short stay.

Amazing stay

Our host was great! We had snacks, tea, and coffee available for us during our stay. We traveled with our infant and all 3 of we're very comfortable and cozy. 10 out of 10 a great place to rest during your travels

Just what we needed!

While our stay was short, the house was absolutely adorable! We just needed a place to sleep on our drive from state to state while moving. Just what we needed and the owners were so accommodating with our u-haul parking and allowing our pets to sleep comfortably!

Very clean!

The host thought of everything you might need or forget to bring on your trip. It's a very quiet neighborhood. The home was immaculate and cozy. I would stay there again.

The home is a basement but there’s no photos of the stairway leading down. The home is nice and newly remodeled and relatively clean, however , the toilet and parts of the bathroom floor needed better cleaning. The home was not stacked up on tiolet paper or trash bags or detergent. Luckily, the host restocked upon request. My son got bitten by a spider, he woke up with a big rash in his leg. The night before, we had caught a good size spider in the living room. We also caught two small spiders in the bathroom. The people upstairs were occasionally noisy early in the morning , especially their bathroom. There is no grace period if you leave after 11 am. We got charged a 50 dollar overstay charge for leaving at 11:15 am. The host was waiting outside right before 11 am not looking friendly and we felt pressured and stressed as we were loading our belongings and our special needs son waited in the truck. The rules of the house included stripping the mattresses, loading and starting the washer with linens, and tacking out the trash before checking out. We complied with all the rules. We left the home relatively clean and organized.
