You'll also enjoy 2 adjoining bathrooms, one with a soak-in bathtub for ultimate relaxation. The living room offers additional space, with a smart tv, 1 long couch, and chairs. Over 3 guests, extra fee applies. With amenities like: access to the Ocean, the Beach Club, TaiChi classes (Wednesdays), Yoga classes (Thursdays), Bicycle rentals, Golf cart rentals, Marsh Hawk Villa’s outdoor pool, WiFi, AC, kitchen for two, washing machine and dryer in your condo, golf cart parking and bicycle parking at Marsh Hawk Villas, your stay will be comfortable and stress-free. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo is completely renovated and beautiful! The beds are THE most comfortable I have ever had in a rental!! Litchfield is one of our favorites - you have beach access, pools available and a Starbucks on site. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!!

We had the most relaxing time at the resort and this property is amazing. Quiet location, top notch amenities, amazing upgrades (beds, showers, kitchen). Host is very accommodating and friendly. They made sure our stay was relaxing and we had everything we needed. We will be back! 10/10.

The unit was recently remodeled and very nice. We had issues with the A/C and the owners were on top of it and got it fixed. The refrigerator and freezer is very small, there is zero counter space in the Bathrooms and there is only 1 TV in the unit. It’s a very nice big tv in the living room but with little kids it would have been nice to have an extra tv in one of the bedrooms. Overall nice property and owners were very accessible and responsive.

Here’s a polished VRBO review based on what you shared:We had a wonderful stay. The location is absolutely beautiful—right on the marsh and just a short distance from the beach. Even though we were in town for my grandmother’s funeral, the peaceful setting made our trip much more comforting. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the nightly price was great for the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and plan to visit again in the future. Highly recommend!

The perfect stay

It was the best possible place to stay for a long weekend get away. The area is beautiful with plenty of amenities to enjoy in the beautiful weather. The condo is very spacious with the rooms having plenty of space to enjoy time with friends and family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Litchfield area.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo in Pawleys Island. The three bedroom space was just right for our family and everything was so clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach, a private pool, and a quiet atmosphere that made it feel like our own little getaway. Check in and check out were so easy, and the owners could not have been more kind. They even helped us carry our groceries in when we arrived, which meant so much. This place truly has it all, from the ideal location to the thoughtful touches from the owners. We are already looking forward to coming back.
