Four Bedroom, Four Bath Cottage at Litchfield Country Club GLCE. A full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a washer/dryer, and a patio or balcony. Cottages are located across Hwy 17 from the main resort complex approximately 2 miles from the beach. Resort Amenities Include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, business center, wireless internet access, day spa, and Starbucks.

Great house

This home has been upgraded and has a beautiful kitchen with an opening into the living room. It was really great for a week with my family. The beds are comfy and everything was really clean.

Great spot for guys trip or family vacation

Great massive couch and tv to chill on. Comfortable beds and plenty of space and bathrooms to spread out. Very satisfied.

Perfect for golf trip...

The home is great for a golf foursome. Each person has their own private mini-suite plus the common areas and back patio. Close to the local golf courses and many restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay again easily.

Reunion

Wonderful property for 4 couples. Lots of space and deck was great for grilling and hanging out. One level extra nice. Private bath for each couple. Location was convenient. Definitely want to stay here for our next gathering!

Delightful visit

We really enjoyed this house for our group of 6 women. First of all- it was all on one floor- no stairs with all those suitcases.. Then the beds were comfortable, adequate bathrooms for all., Kitchen was a delight. We were close enough to the beach which was beautiful. We had a great time. Thanks so much

Perfect layout for 2 Families!

We had a great stay here with our family and friends! This is the perfect layout for 2 families with kids!! There are 2 bedrooms on each side of the house with a common area in the middle. Both sides are identical - a bedroom with a king size bed and another with two twin beds. Best yet, each bedroom has its own bathroom! There’s a huge deck out back where you can watch the golfers! Very close to Litchfield by the Sea and you get to enjoy all of their amenities!

Litchfield Stay 8/6-8/12/23

The stay was pleasant, and the location was perfect. the furniture really needs updating, I get it that it's a rental, but it's definitely time for a remodel. The cleanliness was not up to par. I understand there's a lot of check outs and check ins but the place was covered in dust under the beds filthy, floors weren't swept or mopped, we all had to chip in our time for the first half hour to clean to the best of our ability without taking time away from our vacation. One last thing, if you want people to re-book at your properties, the right people have to be chosen for this. There was one very rude gentleman involved, very pushy and had zero people skills. We were considering a re-booking until the end and he decided to "loose patience" and not shake hands at the end. All in all it was a nice property to stay at. Thanks.

Wonderfully peaceful

This home exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in. It was absolutely spotless. Every single bedroom and bathroom was spotless and actually smelled clean. We love the layout with two masters on each end of the house and also an extra bedroom on each end of the house totaling four bedrooms and these bedrooms are, large as our each of the four bathrooms . The family room furniture was very comfortable and that huge TV was an added bonus. The kitchen was large and the new fridge was fantastic. I loved the craft ice it made (spheres). The back deck was so peaceful and overlooked the driving range of the golf course. Every morning After I got my 6 mile run in through the neighborhood, I had my coffee and breakfast out on the deck while lizards and bunnies came out in the yard. I can’t say enough about how quiet this neighborhood is and peaceful. If you like to walk or run, it is the perfect spot. It is also A short car ride away to park and enjoy beach. We will definitely be booking this rental again. I have nothing negative to say about this home. The only negative I would say is check I process is not great. I was not given the address of this home and only given a general map which did not explain which house it was so I spent an hour going around the neighborhood and then ended up going back to check in For more specific information .
