Este espacioso alquiler de Hilton Head SC tiene una excelente distribución de ropa de cama, además de una cocina y muebles bellamente actualizados. Con maravillosas vistas del campo de golf George Fazio, estás a un corto paseo en bicicleta de la playa. El dormitorio principal cuenta con baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha y TV de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas. La mesa de la cocina tiene capacidad para cuatro y el comedor tiene capacidad para seis. ¡La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama Queen y TV / DVD de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas y controles deslizantes que se abren a la terraza privada con vistas a la calle!

Beautiful villa!

This inverness was so well done and very comfortable! The owners have put a lot of thought into every detail of their home and it was very appreciated. The best stocked kitchen of any place we’ve rented and we cooked large meals every night since we did not eat out. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. Beautifully decorated! We loved sitting on the bar height chairs on the back deck and watching the golfers. One small issue was with the palmetto bugs. Although palmetto bugs are to be expected on the island, we encountered more than usual in our two weeks in this villa. But we had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this inverness for a comfortable home away from home feel!

Very Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was quite nice and comfortable. We chose the this condo because it was all one floor so it was easy for my somewhat mobility impaired wife. Upon arriving there were 7 steps up to get in the condo that was not in the pictures or the description. One other thing to note is that the beds are qjite high for anyone that 5 feet tall. Foutunately, there was a step ladder that my wife used to get in and out of bed for the week.

Trash cans were full when we arrived on Saturday, July 20, and were not emptied until Wednesday, July, 24. We have vacationed in Palmetto Dunes many times over the last eight years, this is the only problem we have encountered.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So, while the property was beautiful, and in a really great location, we experienced persistent issues with roaches during our stay. The property management company sent someone to rectify the issue with a can of Raid (I could have done that) until they realized that the issue was more serious than they initially thought. They did send an exterminator, which eventually solved the problem. SO, while the home was beautiful and clean, we did not have a relaxing stay due to the bug issues.

A lovely villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this villa. It is a brightly lit, well designed and decorated home. We have enjoyed our stay there very much. Furniture is comfortable, a new leather recliner chair was a family favorite. Having a kitchen table and a separate dining room table was quite handy. The view is of the golf course and you can see lovely sunsets during winter while we have been there. Careful though if you sit out on the deck for any long period of time, I had multiple occasions where golf balls hit the wall and roof of the deck. The last day we were there, an errant golf ball blasted through the sliding door screen and outer glass pane of the Main bedroom slider. The unit is clean and well cared for, however there were an overabundance of spider webs that could be better swept away, in pedant lights, skylights, floors in corners and along furniture. Overall a pleasant stay in a lovely villa.

The best one yet!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in 3 different villas on Hilton Head and this by far was the best. Beautifully renovated unit with lovely furnishings and interior design. The bathrooms were clean and very bright, both had 2 shower heads, with a handheld in each. The Kitchen was clean, very bright and had plenty of counter space. There was no pantry for those type of items, so we stored our cereal and cookies over the washer dryer on a shelf. My husband used the extra table in the kitchen for a workspace. The Washer dryer closet in the kitchen worked well. The deck was lovely, great for sunset views and people watching. The bedrooms were well lit, comfortable and large. The master had a king size mattress that made for a great night's sleep. The living room could use a foot stool or two but the furniture was attractive and comfortable. The clerestory skylights over the dining room and kitchen windows were unique along with the vaulted ceiling in the livingroom. We stayed in the villa for 13 nights and we all were very sad to leave!

Beautiful updated villa

Absolutely loved our stay in this villa! Everything was renovated, neat and clean. Great attention to detail! We loved that there were 2 full size beds in the second bedroom. No one had to share a bed! Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck while watching the golfers on the Fazio Course. Short walk to the pool. About a 5 minute bike ride to the beach.
