¡Disfruta de esta hermosa villa enclavada en Turnberry Village! Con una de las mejores ubicaciones dentro de Turnberry, esta villa ha sido completamente renovada y ofrece una vista de la laguna y la fuente mientras se encuentra directamente frente a la piscina comunitaria y el parque infantil. Cuando ingresas a esta casa, te reciben nuevos pisos de madera y una cuidada decoración con la comodidad en mente. Está totalmente equipado para satisfacer las necesidades culinarias de su familia y cuenta con encimeras de granito. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King con baño principal en suite. El baño principal ha sido completamente renovado recientemente con una gran ducha a ras de suelo, bañera profunda y tocador con lavamanos doble. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con dos camas dobles y su propio cuarto de baño. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana. Disfrute de la comunión con la familia en la gran terraza exterior con amplios asientos, excelentes vistas de la laguna y una parrilla de gas.

Very nice property

Only suggestion is that rug under 2nd floor bed is not safe the way it is. Both my wife and I slid on the carpet and she went all the way down. The carpet slides on the hard floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all the vacation rental was top notch. It was centrally located to everything we did - beach, shopping, restaurants, activities. The pool was directly across from the rental. The only negative was that there was no hot water in the kitchen sink and our first showers were in cool water. After those the shower waters were always hot. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loved staying here! The condo was updated, clean, and well appointed-which made our stay comfortable. There are plenty of towels, all the kitchen amenities you need, and even a storage unit outside with beach chairs! We always rent bikes when we come to HHI. This condo is off the beaten path and away from traffic but only a 5 minute bike ride from the beach. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Quiet golf/beach weekend

Had the opportunity to visit Hilton Head on fairly short notice and booked this lovely unit. Check in and communication was simple, neighborhood was convenient for golf and a very easy drive to the beach, or short walk. The pool was a 30 second walk from the unit and just lovely. It would have been helpful to have some instructions for the tv remotes and updated Wi-Fi instructions, but these small things did not interfere at all with our enjoyment of the property. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Hilton head small family condo

Loved this condo for my little family. We had a great time at palmetto dunes and plan to come again. We would def stay at this condo again. Only thing I would suggest is a spot for beach toys. We bought a bunch and would have left them for the next family to use.

Quick vacation trip

Decided on a quick few days down to Hilton Head Island and really appreciated the easy rental process. Keyless entry, parking pass in advance, so easy. Rented bikes and had a quick bike to the beach and for coffee each day.

Few minor issues!

Blind in downstairs bedroom nor working! Internet issues! Couch, chair and rug in living room dirty! Very limited basic utensils, etc I’m the kitchen. I’ve never been in a rental without having salt and pepper.

Overall decor very nice. The ice maker did not produce enough ice and the kitchen sink facet discard was not centered in the sink. Knives were pretty cheap. The internet was not worked initially but was fixed after one day.

I would recommend adding a ceiling fan into the main floor bedroom. It is very stuffy in there for sleeping. Other then that our experience was wonderful!

Palmetto Dunes is a nice area have stayed there before. Turnbury seems to be one of the older neighborhoods and is as far from the entrance as you can get. The pictures make this unit ( # 299) look bigger The kitchen and family room are really one room. The couch is within 18 inches of the kitchen Island. the down bedroom is small with the beds pushed up against the walls, The up bedroom is bigger but hotter. ( unless you make it really cold downstairs) The very old washing machine made such a racket it could not be used, A service guy said it needed major repair. The top of the dryer was full of rust and you could see light coming in above the front door, they did send someone to fix it. I have pictures of all this and more. General impression not worth the money I paid to stay there.

Spring Break Vacation

Loved this property. Provided enough space for our family of four that we could congregate together in the main space but also have enough room to spread out when we wanted a little time for ourselves. Beds comfortable, living room furniture is in good shape, still provides good support. The wildlife in the back were fun to watch. Even saw the alligator. Just a heads up, the beach is not accessible from this location. You must be staying in one of the beach front properties to access Palmetto Dunes private beach. However the public beaches are less than 3 miles away. You can bike or drive and find parking very easily, even during spring break.

Fun place

Nice location and condo. Bedding was a little ruff for a 4.5 star resort. Rental appearance was nice and most of the info. was correct just little discrepancies on the ammenties. Pool was not open even though it said it would be and and there was some 2 hrs. of tennis per day which was not completely stated. Otherwise loved the bike and walking trails.
